HFPA Announces Second Round of Presenters for 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards

Tom Hanks (2001, 1995, 1994, 1989 Golden Globe Award winner; 2014, 2008, 1999 Golden Globe Award nominee), Chris Hemsworth, Melissa McCarthy, Seth Meyers, Liam Neeson (2005, 1997, 1994 Golden Globe Award nominee), Chris O’Donnell (1992 Golden Globe Award nominee), Margot Robbie, Mark Ruffalo, Kyra Sedgwick (2007 Golden Globe winner; 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2006, 1996, 1993 Golden Globe nominee),Channing Tatum, Emma Watson, Naomi Watts (2013 Golden Globe Award nominee), and Olivia Wilde are the second round of presenters announced by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) for the 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards.

The star-studded ceremony, hosted by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for the second year in a row, will air on Sunday, January 12, 2014, LIVE coast-to-coast on NBC with the pre-show from 4:00-5:00 p.m. (PST)/7:00-8:00 p.m. (EST), and main telecast from 5:00-8:00 p.m. (PST)/8:00-11:00 p.m. (EST) from the Beverly Hilton. The 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards will be seen in more than 192 countries and is produced by dick clark productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

Previously announced presenters include Kevin Bacon (2010 Golden Globe Award winner; 1995,1997 Golden Globe Award nominee), Julie Bowen, Laura Dern (2012, 2009, 1993 Golden Globe Award winner; 1999, 1992 Golden Globe Award nominee; 1982 Miss. Golden Globe), Robert Downey Jr. (2010, 2001, 1994 Golden Globe winner; 2009, 1993 Golden Globe Award nominee), Jimmy Fallon, Colin Farrell (2009 Golden Globe Award winner), Mila Kunis (2011 Golden Globe Award nominee), Jennifer Lawrence (2014 Golden Globe Award nominee for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture; 2013 Golden Globe Award winner; 2011 Golden Globe Award nominee), Uma Thurman (2003 Golden Globe Award winner; 2005, 2004, 1995 Golden Globe Award nominee) and Reese Witherspoon (2006 Golden Globe Award winner; 2002, 2000 Golden Globe Award nominee).

Theo Kingma is President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Allen Shapiro, CEO of dick clark productions and Barry Adelman, Executive VP of Television at dick clark productions, will serve as executive producers.

Daytime TV covered the world of soap operas for decades before finally folding in the 1990s. In the mid-70s, the magazine did an excellent series titled "The Complete Story of..." recounting the history of a soap opera from its inception. Alyvia Alyn Lind Back as Faith Newman on 'The Young and the Restless'; McKenna Grace Leaving To Shoot a Movie

Alyvia Alyn Lind is returning to The Young and the Restless as Faith Newman, Nick and Sharon's daughter. Lind played Faith before McKenna Grace stepped in last summer. Grace has been cast in a movie called Russellmania and will be shooting in Vancouver. She will last air on May 29. Alyvia (or "Aly") has played a young Emily Thorne in Revenge , and can be seen in Blended , starring Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler, which opened on Friday. Aly will make her return appearance on Y&R as Faith on June 26. UPDATE (December 14): McKenna Grace returns to the role of Faith on Christmas Day.
