'Da Vinci's Demons' Season Two Video Featurette Introduces New Characters

STARZ released today an all new video featurette with a first look at four new characters that will be introduced in the second season of the STARZ Original series "Da Vinci's Demons," premiering Saturday March 22nd at 9pm ET/PT on STARZ. The new characters include Ima, The Inca High Priestess; the powerful and ruthless King Ferrante and his lethal son Duke Alfonso, the future King of Naples; and the profit-seeking opportunist and future explorer Amerigo Vespucci.

'Rectify' Season 2 Will Premiere on June 19

SundanceTV announced today that the second season of its critically acclaimed scripted series "Rectify" will premiere on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 9:00pm ET/PT. The haunting story of a man released from prison after spending nearly two decades on death row, "Rectify" has been overwhelmingly well-received by critics and has landed on numerous year-end top ten lists in 2013. DEADWOOD 10th Anniversary Marathon on HBO Zone March 15-16

To mark the tenth anniversary of the debut of the acclaimed HBO series DEADWOOD, HBO Zone will present a marathon of the show, running all 36 episodes back-to-back beginning Saturday, March 15 at 10:00 a.m. (ET/PT), and concluding Sunday, March 16 at 10:00 p.m.

HBO Signature will also present the entire series, airing one episode of DEADWOOD every weeknight, Monday through Friday, at 8:00 p.m., beginning Wednesday, April 2.

'Hindsight' To Premiere In Early 2015 on VH1

VH1 has given the greenlight to several new original series in the midst of a viewership momentum that has propelled primetime ratings up +33% in the adult 18-49 demo year-to-date. Leading off the greenlights is HINDSIGHT, VH1's next entry in its already successful foray into the scripted series arena. The series will be written by Emily Fox and executive produced by Carl Beverly and Sarah Timberman.

The series begins with Becca (Laura Ramsey) on the eve of her second wedding. It all seems perfect this time around, but she is still plagued by doubt. What if she could fix everything, and make the 'right' choices this time? Becca finds herself thinking about her former best friend Lolly (Sarah Goldberg), with whom she had a falling out many years ago. If only she could talk to her once again...

HBO Launches 'Game of Thrones' Mixtape

BO has teamed up with some of the music industry's top artists to produce the first GAME OF THRONES mixtape, entitled Catch The Throne: The Mixtape. Today, the premium cable network announced plans to release the mixtape in preparation for the April 6th season 4 debut of the Emmy-and Golden Globe-winning series GAME OF THRONE. Catch The Throne: The Mixtape includes exclusive tracks from Wale, Big Boi, Common and Daddy Yankee, in addition to songs from up-and-coming artists Snow Tha Product, Bodega Bamz, Magazeen and more.

The hip-hop and reggaeton, 10-song mixtape is inspired by GAME OF THRONE themes and storylines from seasons 1-3. Each song on the mixtape samples music from the original GAME OF THRONE soundtrack. GOTHAM Casting Roles of Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle

The FOX/WBTV drama project GOTHAM has announced the casting of the final two series regular roles - Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle. The show has a series commitment at the network.

· David Mazouz (Touch) has been cast as the preteen Bruce Wayne, sentenced to a solitary life after the tragic murder of his wealthy parents. Serious and soulful, young Bruce relies on the guidance and protection of Alfred Pennyworth and James Gordon.

As has been reported previously, GOTHAM is the origin story of Commissioner James Gordon and not a "Batman" show. Please note for stories that David is playing the young Bruce Wayne - not Batman.

Indie Series Awards Reveal First 10 Presenters: Charlene Tilton, Christine Lakin, Colleen Zenk, Sebastian La Cause, Eric Martsolf, Van Hansis, Jillian Clare, Walt Willey, Rachael Hip-Flores & Kyle Lowder

We Love Soaps and the Indie Series Network announced on Monday the first round of presenters for the 5th Annual Indie Series Awards, which celebrate the best in independently produced, scripted entertainment created for the Web.  Stars from Television, Film, Broadway and the Internet are coming together to celebrate the very best of the World Wide Web.

The Indie Series Awards, hosted by Carolyn Hennesy, will take place on April 2, 2014 at the historic El Portal Theatre in North Hollywood.

Charlene Tilton
Tilton is nominated for her work in DeVanity.  She is best known for playing the role of "Lucy Ewing" on the smash primetime hit Dallas.  Her many television appearances include The Love BoatEight is EnoughFantasy Island and Murder, She Wrote. Film credits include Edge of Salvation, Hemingway and Diary of a Teenage Hitchhiker.  In 2012, she appeared as a contestant on the British ice-skating show, Dancing on Ice

Christine Lakin
Lakin made her film debut at age 11 in TNT’s The Rose and The Jackal.  She is still remembered fondly for her work as “Al” in the sitcom Step By Step, which ran for a successful 7 seasons. Lakin voices multiple roles on FOX’s Family Guy, most notably as news anchor “Joyce Kinney”.  She also stars in a recurring role on ABC Family’s Melissa & Joey.  Other TV credits include True Blood, Breaking In, The Hard Times of RJ Berger.   Her film credits include New Year’s EveValentine’s DayReefer Madness, You Again and the feature adaption of Veronica Mars.  She will be appearing in the upcoming zombie comedy web series Acting Dead.

'Hannibal' Tops Last Season's Finale by 0.3 of a Point, Beats or Matches Last Nine Telecasts from Last Season

Friday Primetime Ratings Results from NBC:

· The season-two debut of "Hannibal" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 3.4 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) grew 0.3 of a point or 38% versus last season's finale in adults 18-49 (1.1/4 vs. 0.8/2 from 10:01-11 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2013) and was up 69% in total viewers (3.354 million vs. 1.982 million). "Hannibal" matched NBC's non-sports season average in the time period (1.1, L+SD). In the time slot, "Hannibal" is #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in men 18-34 (with a 1.1 rating).

Univision Sets New Record as Number 3 Network in February Sweeps Ahead of ABC and CBS Among Adults 18-34 in Primetime

The Univision Network announced today that it closed the February sweep period as the No. 3 broadcast network during primetime, a first in any February sweep period, out-performing ABC and CBS by 6% and 19%, respectively, with over half a million Adults 18-34 (666,000). The February 2014 sweep also marks the first time that Univision finishes ahead of both ABC and CBS in any February sweep period with Adults 18-34 in primetime.

In the February 2014 sweep, Univision delivered an average audience of 1.4 million Adults 18-49 and 2.9 million Total Viewers 2+, finishing as the No. 5 broadcast network during primetime. Univision also out-delivered at least one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on six out of seven nights among Adults 18-34 and on three out of four nights among Adults 18-49.

USA Network to Premiere 'Playing House' on Tuesday, April 29

USA Network's new comedy PLAYING HOUSE will premiere Tuesday, April 29 (10-11 p.m. ET/PT) immediately following top comedy series MODERN FAMILY with two back to back episodes. Following the premiere, the series will resume with a new half-hour episode every Tuesday beginning May 6 (10-10:30 p.m. ET/PT).
