Paul Williams is Dylan's father on The Young and the Restless.

This week on The Young and The Restless, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) is revealed to be Dylan McAvoy's (Steve Burton) father!

Burton hinted at this when he made an appearance on Nashville's Talk of the Town back in May.
