'Falling Skies' Two-Hour Season Finale Tonight: Space Oddity and Shoot The Moon

TNT airs back-to-back episodes of Falling Skies on Sunday, August 31 starting at 9 p.m. ET/PT to wrap up the show's fourth season.

In Part 1 of the season finale at 9 p.m. ET/PT, "Space Oddity" Tom's mission to destroy the Espheni Power Core is complicated by Lexi's return. Lexi is forced to take extreme measures to save her father's life – and her own – after a Beamer malfunction. Meanwhile, the 2nd Mass fears an impending Espheni strike by the scorched Overlord. Treva Etienne guest stars.

In Part 2 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, "Shoot The Moon," with the weight of humanity's survival on Tom and Lexi's shoulders, they must defeat Tom's mortal enemy and find a way to destroy the omnipotent Espheni Power Core. Meanwhile, a new, terrifying Espheni Bomb is dropped onto Chinatown, immobilizing the 2nd Mass and preparing them for Human Skitterizaton. Mira Sorvino and Treva Etienne guest star.

Noah Wyle stars in the epic drama, which is produced by Amblin Television and executive producer Steven Spielberg. Also starring are Moon Bloodgood, Will Patton, Colin Cunningham, Drew Roy, Connor Jessup, Maxim Knight, Sarah Carter, Seychelle Gabriel, Mpho Koaho, Scarlett Byrne and Doug Jones.
