The Days of our Lives "November to Remember" promo teases Paul's story like this: "There's a hot new guy in town getting his flirt on with all the women."

The day after Christopher Sean debuted as Paul, Days of our Lives held its annual "Day of Days" fan event. When teasing their upcoming story, Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis) and Guy Wilson (Will Horton, who was born 19 years ago today on November 16, 1995) gave hints that made some fans believe Paul may be involved with them as well.

"Did you watch it yesterday?" Smith asked (about the day Paul first appeared).

"Shhh," Wilson responded. "Just keep watching. You've seen someone, I can't say who. But there are people, [a] person, more reveals are forthcoming."

Later, Wilson added, "Will and Sonny are very charismatic, very good-looking men so it stands to reason that other people might want a piece of that, So the onus is on Sonny and Will to maintain their integrity as a married couple but we'll see what happens."

Can those hints be translated into Paul being gay or bisexual and involved with Will and/or Sonny? Stay tuned!
