Ratings: 'Days of our Lives' Has Most-Watched Week Since March 2014

Days of our Lives has matched its top-rated week among women 18-49 in nine months and hit a 19-month high in total viewers.

For the week of October 12-16, Days of our Lives (0.80 rating, 6 share among women 18-49, 0.46 rating among women 18-34) ranked #5 among network daytime series in the women 18-49 demographic and #6 in the women 18-34 race, according to "live plus same day" viewing figures from Nielsen Media Research. In total viewers, Days ranked #8 with 2.647 million persons.

It's the most-watched week for Days of our Lives since the week of March 3-7, 2014 (2.717 million viewers). Among women 18-49, Days earned its highest rating in five weeks (since the week of Sept. 7-11, 0.80) and equaled its high in nine months (since Jan. 12-16, 0.86).

For a fourth week in a row, Days of our Lives grew week to week in women 18-49 rating (0.80 vs. a 0.73 for the week of Oct. 5-9 vs. a 0.69 for Sept. 28-Oct. 2 vs. a 0.68 for Sept. 21-25 vs. a 0.67 for Sept. 14-18).

Week to week, Days of our Lives was up +10% in women 18-49 (0.80 vs. 0.73) and +7% in total viewers (2.647 million vs. 2.475 million).

In "most current" results for the 2015-16 season thus far, Days of our Lives ranks #6 among network daytime series in the women 18-49 category and #5 in the women 18-34 demo.
