Leaked Video Reveals Abby and Dario Become Engaged on 'Days of our Lives'

Chad may be sad when he discovers Dario and Abby are getting married on Days of our Lives
This Friday on Days of our Lives, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) finally comes face to face with his presumed dead wife Abigail (Marci Miller). Will Chad and Abby find their way back to each other? Unfortunately, it doesn't like that will be happening any time soon.

A leaked audition tape on vimeo reveals that Abby and Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) are engaged, and Abby has begun divorce proceedings. Have the two truly fallen in love, or are they getting married to keep Dario from being deported? As it turns out, Dario has recently discovered that his residency status is in question. Uh oh!

You can read a transcript and watch a video of the audition below:

Dario: Officer Gilman, this is my fiancé Abigail DiMera.

Abby: Nice to meet you.

Officer Gilman: Right. Mr Hernandez, I have to say an engagement when you are in jeopardy of being deported Is a red flag.

Dario: Well up until last week I had no idea my residency status was in question. As far as I knew I was a legal citizen, just living my life, running my business, falling in love.

Officer Gilman: Why don’t you tell me how you met, about your relationship.

Dario: well the first time I laid eyes on her I thought she was an angel.

Abby: The other thing you need to know is that I am technically still married, but I have begun divorce proceedings.

Officer Gilman: Really?

Abby: I was married, not happily, when I met Dario. My husband was in love with another woman and it hurt me very much. I didn’t expect to have anyone, I didn’t have anyone to turn to, except Dario. He comforted me, supported me, and that led to an affair. I know that’s not very moral, but the heart wants what it wants.

Officer Gilman: So I’ve been told.

Abigail: I have a son, so I can’t have anyone learn about the affair. It can’t be made public.

Officer Gilman: We’re not in the gossip business mam. All right, well that is all the time we have for today, but we will meet again. And I will have many more questions for both of you. I have to make sure, that your engagement, this upcoming marriage Isn’t a sham.

Dario: it’s fine really, trust me, nobody could fake how much I love her.

Officer Gilman: Right.
