Reva bolted, but Jeffrey went in to talk with the doctor. The doctor said there was good news, the cancer was not back. But he told Jeffrey, "Your wife is pregnant." How in the name of God is that possible? Didn't Reva go through menopause several years ago???? This is even more stupid than Sabrina being pregnant several years after Victor's vasectomy on Y&R. -Kara

It does seem she would be a little old to get pregnant without some help but that isn't always necessary on a soap. However on the menopause issue. Did that happen naturally or as a result of the chemo? The reason I ask that is I worked with somebody in her early 30's who went into early menopause as a result of chemos. Several months later her doctor felt a mass and sent her for an ultrasound fearing the worst and it ended up she was pregnant! She delivered a beautiful healthy baby. So it can happen! Now if it was due to nature, un not likely

She believed she was pregnant (by Josh) so she went in for testing and found that she was beginning menopause instead. Reva's "changes," coupled with Jonathan's return (2004) is the catalyst that led to the eventual breakup of Jeva's marriage. Reva pregnant-- there aren't enough 's in the world for this one. It's simply mindboggling the depths to which GL has sunk. I left in early 2007 in protest, but now, I wouldn't watch an entire hour of this show even if I wanted to.

Zimmer says she is "in" menopause still because if she was on the other side of it, it would be impossible. Apparently, one of the cancer treatment meds, tamoxifen, is also used as a fertility drug and that helped her get pregnant.

But, it really makes you wonder who is sitting in the writers rooms and coming up with these storylines. Do TPTB not realize why the ratings are going down the tubes?!??! This isn't limited to GL but soaps across the board.
