All I can do is my job!' - Tuesday" Paul and James are in the wine cellar, James being James and Paul being Paul. Posing as a driver, Derek has Barbara call Paul and tell her that Derek is serious about getting his money back. Barbara talks to Paul and tells him that he's got to do something! James is listening in and has a smirk on his face, he seems to think that now Paul will jump through his hoops, but instead Paul tells James to pack up and leave. Then Paul goes to see Lucinda. He offers to sell WW back to Lucinda but she just laughs and asks him "how stupid do you think I am?" So Paul admits he needs a loan, a big one, and says that he was trying to do the right thing, "for the right reasons, even..." He tells Lucinda that he has a family now, Meg's pregnant. Lucinda snarls "just what the world needs, another Stenbeck!" She turns Paul down flat. Barbara rushes over to Fairwinds yelling for Paul, but instead James is there. He walks up behind her and startles her, with his, "Helloooo, Barbara!" Barbara starts yelling for Paul again, and James shushes her, saying that Meg's asleep. (Is Meg gonna sleep for 9 months? ) So now James and Babs go back and forth as they usually do. Babs tells James, though, that she's faced cancer, and she's not afraid of James anymore. Brad dives into the reservoir and finally drags Leo's unconscious body out of the water. He works on Leo, trying to revive him, and then races to find a public phone and calls 911, then goes back to Leo and finally gets him to spit out some water. Just then the EMT's get there. Brad's hiding behind a tree, and hears them say that Leo has a weak pulse, and lacerations on the back of his head. He's taken to the hospital. Katie's still at WOAK wondering where Brad is. Janet's at Brad's with Liberty, who wants to talk to Parker but doesn't know what to say.... she says she doesn't think a phone call will do the trick. Jack and Carly are trying to help Parker through this. He's feeling really bad and alone, and Jack says that Parker's got a right to feel that way, that it's hard when somebody you trust doesn't take you at your word. This seems to help Parker and he goes to his room. Carly asks Jack if he was talking about himself and Janet... Jack says yes, and just then Janet's at the door with a large fruit basket. She asks how Parker is, and tries to apologize, but Jack isn't listening. She asks him if they can go home and talk about it, but Jack says he's staying here with his family tonight... Carly tells Jack she's used to him being judgemental with her, but she was surprised to hear him be that way with Janet. Jack realizes he WAS being harsh, and asks Carly what to do. She tells him to lighten up with Janet, after all, her daughter was in the hospital and she hadn't been thinking straight. Jack can't believe it, 1. that he's taking relationship advice from Carly and 2. that she's right... Carly makes him say it outloud. "You are right!" And it's a great carjack moment. Brad gets home, soaking wet, and Janet sees him. She asks how he got wet and he tells her that for the sake of their daughter, she should forget she saw him, then he goes to change clothes. Meanwhile, Katie comes home, and starts asking Brad where he was.... Dallas calls Jack and tells him that Leo's been taken to Memorial. Jack says he'll meet Dallas there. Jack learns that somebody made an anonymous 911 and he goes into cop mode and thinks of Brad.... Jack goes to Brad's place and tells him and Katie about Leo. Brad isn't truthful with Jack, and Jack leaves, but once Brad and Katie are alone, she gets the truth out of him and tells him that he's got to tell Jack the truth. Brad tells her she's crazy. At Fairwinds, Barbara pleads with Paul not to do anything James asks him to do, but Paul turns to James and says they have a deal. Later, James gives Paul a map to where the money is. It's a map to the Snyder farm. The money is under the construction site... Paul realizes that somehow, James put the money under the site and then didn't want anybody to find it, so he shut down the project. Paul is furious. Jack gets to the farm and finds Janet moving out. Jack asks her to stay, he says he wants them to work things out. Janet says yeah, but she can't stand seeing how disappointed he is in her. Although Jack tells Janet he realizes he was wrong to judge her, and that he won't do it again, Janet tells him that they both know that's a promise he can't keep... Liberty calls Parker. She says that she never once said that Parker had hurt her, only that she remembered being with him. Parker asks her if she ever believed he'd hurt her and she says never... With that said, the two say good night. Carly goes to the hospital to find out if any charges were filed against Parker, Parker has been worried about that. Dallas tells her no, Parker is totally in the clear, and Carly asks him about Leo. He tells her a little bit, and then walks off. Carly then sees Brad walking in.... She watches as he stands by Leo's bed and says he's sorry.... Katie goes out to the farm and tells Jack that Brad's the one who's responsible for Leo being in the hospital. She explains to Jack what happened. Jack has been telling her not to tell him anything, but she's not to be stopped. But Katie pleads with him to help her get Brad to turn himself in. She says that if Jack ever loved her, or Brad, he's got to help them. Just then the door to Emma's upstairs opens and Janet walks in. She heard everything, and says she figured it out already. Janet tells Katie that the last thing Brad should do is confess! She tells Jack that he should forget what Katie told him, because Liberty just got her father back and she shouldn't have to lose him now... Jack says, "All I can do is my job..." Isn't the time table off for James burying the money and then shutting down the project so it won't be found? Loved the carjack scenes! Loved James. Those facial expressions.
