I'm blaming the mini CarJack and Lilden reunions on the planter of the magic flowers. Those pairings need to be dead yesterday. |

To some the magic flowers represent a reunion of the show's leading couples and righting all the wrongs in the world. To others, it just means we're headed for the same wash, rinse, repeat storylines we've been dealing with for years. I'm sort of on the fence, but I don't want either couple back together unless there is an original story planned for them. |

I don't think it's quite that simple. I see a whole lot of CarJackers that saw it as a reminder of how good it can be but in no way did they think this is an actual reunion. Some were giving up hope and it just kind of dangles that carrot again. And most don't want the same type of stories we've suffered with the last few years. Yes we want CarJack back together just as fans of ANY couple would want when their favorites are apart. But most want a slow reunion and they want it done right and then not the same repetitive story once they are together. They have a ton of fans and the show has lost a lot of them yet many check in and just might return if something changed. It's the writing that needs to change because the actors sure still have it. If the writers trash them again or give up on them, the show only stands to lose even more viewers. There's a reason they are often called the money couple. As far as Lily and Holden, while they still have their fans, I think they lost a lot when they lost Martha. They are the ones that appear headed for an instant reunion which makes you wonder why they were even split up to begin with. |

Thanks for all the magic flower feedback, guys.  Now, I've always confessed to being a simple soul,  so I was just taking the flower thing as a neat part of the show that was romantic and kind of mystical and didn't look any further than that. Of course, I'm also a person who doesn't try and figure out what Lost is all about, I watch every episode as pretty much a stand alone.
