Actually the picture is the biggest spoiler.

Remember when Dusty (Grayson McCouch) was found dead at the hospital party last winter on "As the World Turns"? Well, forget about it. It seems we were all (and when we say "all" we mean everybody, including the entire staff of Oakdale Memorial, the police, AND the coroner) completely duped. Dusty never died. Not from a lethal dose of an experimental drug, not at the hand of Evan Walsh IV -- not at ALL. He is, in fact, both alive and kicking!

We have to admit we're a little embarrassed. We totally thought he was a goner. Especially after Barbara (Colleen Zenk) threw him that funeral and everything. Boy, they sure got us! But mostly we're psyched that the dashing Mr. Donovan will soon be making his way back to Oakdale. Just think of how his return will affect exes Lily (Noelle Beck) and Emily (Kelley Menighan Hensley) -- and their respective relationships with Mike/Holden and Casey. We can hardly wait!

Of course, there's still the small matter of HOW Dusty was able to pull of this elaborate death charade. Surely he couldn't have done it alone. And maybe he had nothing to do with it at all. Maybe it was done TO him. If that's the case, our bets are definitely on James Stenbeck (Anthony Herrera). He just got back to town, too, and he's risen from the grave a slew of times himself. Yeah, the more we think about it, this has his signature written all over it.

The good news is we don't have to wait long to find out -- Grayson's first airdate is set for Wednesday, September 24. And you better believe we're gonna tune in to see how this mystery unfolds!

OMG that photo! I sure hope this is not his regular "do". What is it? a mop top? Some furry animal glued to his head?

I'm soooo curious to know how they are going explain how James had a hand in his "death" I already read somewhere Meg discovers Dusty in a cottage after being taken there by James. I hope the writers made it good and not :lame

Even though I never liked or cared for Dusty, I am very interested to see how this plays out. I typically hate back from the dead stories, but am willing to give this one a try...at least for a few days. :devil

LOL Grayson does have naturally curly hair so that may be his.

That was an SNS spoiler that Meg is taken to a cottage by James and when she is alone she explores and finds a weakened Dusty in a cage. Supposedly Dusty staged his own death but how the heck then did James get him as it appears he is the one who has him in a cage???

Paul then dreams of Meg and Dusty so I guess he will be the hero :puke who rescues them.

I'm really anxious to see how this plays out and certainly hope we get some James/Dusty scenes out of this.

Yep, I'm also happy Dusty is back from the death. I am ready for some eye candy!

This curly mop will probably (and hopefully) disappear as soon as Dusty gets out of his cage.

I actually prefer the curly mop to the buzzcut. Although I'd be quite happy with it more the way he had it in Momentum. Just leave some of those curls!

OK, I haven't watched the show since MB's Lily drove away... but I'll watch for when Dusty returns. Count me among the ones who is VERY curious how the writers handle it... I'm way too cynical to hope for the best, so I'd love to be wrong. :devil

and HOLY :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek - the hair!!!!! I burst out laughing when I first saw the photo. Not sure if that's the reaction I'd ever want when looking at Dusty, sheeeesh... :shutup

There's "curly" and then there's OH.MY.GOD.Curly. Yikes!!!!! :eek
