Digest: Were you surprised or sorry that Kirk went out as such a snake? Wiggin: No. I had no problem with all of that. At the time, I was kind of ready to leave the show and they were ready to have me leave, so they did write me off. It was not something that I was particularly upset by. I was always happy that Kirk was never redeemed. He was never evil. He wasn't a Tonio Reyes or James Stenbeck. He was never the relentless bad guy, I just always described him as ethically challenged and was always looking out for himself. I loved KIRK and TomWiggin...and he did "mirror" a few people that I knew. The people I knew were ethically challenged but had much more exciting sex lives compared to Kirk.  Hopefully I will be able to read the article later...so from the website...is TWiggin on GuidingLight now?? FIRST SAMANTHA has just been a TV AD ANGEL for any product you can think of. I think there are FOUR or FIVE ads that I have seen her promoting. I never stumble across SECOND SAMANTHA. |

Thanks for posting this, Roger.  I've seen him on GL a few times recently and really like his character there. It made me realize what an asset he'd be to ATWT right now....

I really liked Kirk and all his quirks. Ethically challenged fits the bill!! I'd love for him to return. I didn'e realize he's on GL now. |

She also does voice work for the Turner Classic Movie station. It's still ad work, since it's mostly for the TCM, online, store. I'd only want Kirkadoodle and Sammy back, if they were the original actors. I really, really wouldn't be able to see anyone else in the roles. Well, okay nuSam was okay, but I always liked the first one better. Funny that, throughout all the James returns, no one has ever asked if he killed them, or kidnapped them, or, if he even knows where they are. Their disappearance was one of the strangest I can remember. It was so up in the air, you never knew, if James got to them, or, if they just left on their own and have been able to hide from him all this time. |
