This is the scene the show advertised in their newsletter the day Noah returned but never aired. A bunch of fans emailed the show and asked for the cut scene, and by some miracle, they actually listened!

Cool, thanks for posting this. I wish they would make better use of Van and Jake, because the characters of Luke and Noah have so much potential- yet are grossly under-used. :pullhair

A simple well filmed connection between NUKE and it was CUT?? That was TRUE SOAP ROMANCE and that small clip was SOMETHING that just seems to be missing from Oakdale.

Compared to some of the crap they show, you wonder why they would cut grade A material like this?

Sometimes the producers of the program confuse me...

Thanks for posting, that was a sweet scene....why would they cut it?

They have to cut scenes every day due to time constraints. But in this case, they advertised a Nuke reunion with a picture of them on that bench, and then cut the scene they advertised. And they were only on 3 minutes of that reunion episode. So of all the scenes to cut on 10/1, not sure why this was chosen. There was plenty of useless stuff going on that day that we DID see.

Yes, that is what I meant...that was a great scene and to have some of the other stuff played and not that, just doesn't make sense. Of course, not much does with those writers!

It could have been a simple matter of this being the easiest scene to cut and we also don't know that others weren't cut that same day. The show may have been about a minute over and it was easiest to cut this one scene than to try to edit a minute out of another scene. I would have rather had a minute less of Paul and Meg but cutting part of a scene might have been harder to do. The people who do the editing probably didn't know that PGP had sent out a picture of this scene in their newsletter.

Since they do cut scenes all of the time, I think it would be great if they would put more of them up on ATWT.net when they are good scenes.
