Margo finds a paper trail linking Lucinda to Dusty, and sends Dallas to find and arrest her. :rolleyes Lucinda happens to be at Lily and Holden's, asking Holden why he felt he had to sic the cops onto her. Lily gets involved and tells Lucinda she deserves to be in jail. Just then Dallas shows up and cuffs Lucinda, reads her her rights and takes her away. There's some funny action involving Lucinda's big purse being handed around between Lucinda, Dallas and Holden. ![]() There's a meeting scheduled at Al's to do with the school withdrawing funding for the gay film festival. Luke stops in at Java to talk to Noah about that meeting, and Dusty walks in. Luke, showing that he is indeed his mother's son, throws a little hissy fit because he doesn't want Noah talking to Dusty. Noah says he can talk for himself, and Luke heads over to Al's while Dusty and Noah sit down to talk. It's a nice talk, and at the end, Dusty reminds Noah that if he ever needs anything... ![]() The sight of Lucinda being arrested does get to Lily and she takes off. She's looking for Dusty. She finds him at Java, and tells him that Lucinda's been arrested and that Dusty owes it to her to get Lucinda off, because of the way that Lily was there for him when the hooker stuff was going on. After that, Dusty heads over to the police station.Lucinda's busy deflecting Margo's questions and tells Margo that she knows that Margo is just using her to get to Dusty, that Dusty is the one she wants. Just then, Dusty walks in and says, "If you want me, here I am!" (Oh yeah, we want you!!! ) Margo asks Dusty if he wants a lawyer, and he answers that "lawyers are for wimps!". ![]() Now it's Dusty's turn in the interrogation room, while Lucinda waits just outside. We get some of the best scenes I've seen Margo in for a long time. Dusty goes through what happened with his faux death, and Margo goes through the paper trail she has. Dusty tells her that he had to go look for Johnny, because he didn't want Craig to get his hands on Johnny, and have things end up badly, like they did with Bryant. Margo says not to even go there with her, and then Dusty says that after all, Evan Walsh really DID try to kill him, and where was Margo then? Margo tells Dusty that she's always thought of him as kind of family because of John (Dixon) and she reminds Dusty that there was a time she had promised him she'd always be there for him, and maybe in the future he'd remember that. Then, she told both Lucinda and Dusty that they could leave. ![]() Lucinda and Dusty have a little talk about her involvement with Dusty's plan and exactly why she did it. She says that she'd do it again to keep Dusty out of Lily's life, even if it ends with Lily hating her. Dusty says that eventually Lily will forgive Lucinda. ![]() Later, Holden discovers that Lily asked Dusty to intervene on Lucinda's behalf. Holden isn't pleased and feels betrayed. There's a knock at the door. It's Dusty. Dusty tells Lily that they're even now, neither owes the other anything, and leaves.Holden still believes that Lily has feelings for Dusty, and says he's not sure that their relationship is solid. ![]() Brian shows up at Al's and asks Luke why there are foundation brochures showing up at the gay film festival. Luke tells Brian that he's not backing down, and Brian says that if Luke insists on taking the foundation in the direction it looks like he wants to take it, he's on his own... ![]() Later, Reg tells Luke that the president of the student council gets to decide whether the school will keep on backing the gay film festival, that the alumni have set it up like that, to take the pressure off themselves. Luke asks who's running for student council president and Reg points to..... KEVIN! Yes, that Kevin. ![]() Luke and Kevin talk a little, and Luke is obviously a little uncomfortable at first. Noah shows up and Luke introduces him as his boyfriend. Noah is surprised to see Kevin, and now he's a little uncomfortable. Luke's talked with Kevin about how he'd vote for the gay festival issue if he's elected and isn't happy with his answer... ![]() After Kevin leaves, Noah, Luke and Reg do some brainstorming, and Luke thinks that he would make a great candidate to run against Kevin. Reg comments that obviously Kevin has a problem with Noah and Luke being together. ![]() Luke and Noah go out to the farm, where Luke asks Noah what he has to do to get his vote, and Noah says, "talk about what happened with Dusty earlier." Luke still isn't happy with Dusty, but Noah says that when Luke wasn't there for him, Dusty was, and in fact, advised Noah to give Luke a chance... this surprises Luke, and he starts to soften, but says that he does hope that Dusty stays away from his mom. Of course then Noah tells Luke about seeing Lily come into Java looking for Dusty. ![]() Lucinda finds Brian stressing out, and tells him what's happened since she saw him last. Brian isn't happy with the fact that Lucinda again badgered Lily and Holden. Then he tells her that he told Luke that if he pursues the gay festival issue in connection with the foundation, Brian is out. Lucinda tells Brian he can't quit, because both Luke AND she, need him. ![]() I really liked today's show, my favorite parts were Noah and Dusty and Lucinda and Margo. ![]() I didn't get why Reg made his comment about Kevin not wanting to see Noah and Luke together. It sounded like he thought Kevin was jealous. But if Kevin is straight, which we assume he is, that doesn't seem logical. ![]() If I was in trouble, Dusty would be the first person I'd call. ![]() Carjack were so hot in the preview and it really bugs me if it turns out tiic are yanking our chains again. ![]() |

loves2turn, I think homophobic Keven didn't like to see a gay couple showing affection. I really don't get why Margo let both Dusty and Lucinda go. I could see no logical reason, their past and family relationship withstanding. I mean, she wouldn't let her own son get away with anything, but she lets Dusty go?! I too loved the Lucinda and Margo stuff--glad they're using both actresses more lately. CarJack looks great for tomorrow! |

That must be it, that Kevin wasn't comfortable with them showing affection, makes more sense than jealousy. ![]() I was kind of surprised too when Margo just let Dusty and Lucinda go. I guess we're to think that it's because of the family sentimental stuff with Dusty? Or him pointing out to her that she wasn't up on Evan Wash and what he did? Or probably the whole thing was just a plot device. ![]() I'm getting so kind of paranoid about the faux death and who was involved that for a second today I even thought that somehow Margo was in on it.

I thought today's show was really good. I thought Kevin and Luke patched things up. It makes no sense for him to be uncomfortable around Luke & Noah. And Luke being all pissed off at Kevin. I hope it is more physical attraction for each other...LOL...I can wish. They were smokin today.

I loved all of today's show. It's rare there is a episode where I like all the characters involved. Usually there is at least one story with characters I can't stand. We got Kevin, Reg and even Java Jeff today. Dusty talking about finding his son and Noah talking about losing his father made me wish even more Dusty was Noah's father. |

I'd seen that over there, Roger. I'm going to have to pay close attention to find out what the fuss is all about.... I confess that he hadn't made a blip on my radar before that...

The Kevin, Reg, Noah, and Luke scenes were great. I wonder if Reg is trying to cause trouble for Luke and Noah, seeing he was interested in Luke? Or maybe he's moved on. Regardless, I'm interested to see how the interactions with Luke and Kevin will play out. Last time he was on, it seemed as though Luke and Kevin had put the past behind them- although that does not seem to be the case now. It will be interesting to see where the storyline goes... Carly and Jack are on fire! I wish it was for good. Maybe someday soon.
