Starting next Thursday October 30, Jennifer will be making a few appearances on the ABC drama Life on Mars. She will be playing the mother of "Sam" back in the 1970's. Her first scenes will be with Harvey Keitel.  If I remember correctly some of you really like the show. I'm going to try watching it tonight. |

After last night's show and Sam seeing himself as a little red haired boy, I can see Jennifer Ferrin playing his Mother. Next week's previews show Sam calling to his Mother. This show is the BEST new show this year in my opinion. |

I just saw a little bit of last night's show but have it on the DVR. From what I saw it looks very good and will probably watch that tonight. I did see the preview that showed Jennifer sitting in the car. |

I just watched last night's show, so did Tom, and he even grudgingly said, "well, this one was better than last week".  I really liked it!

Awesome! I love Jennifer Ferrin! And I love Life on Mars too! It's my favorite new show of the season, so this is a fantastic original combination!

Anyone see the British version of Life on Mars? It was only 16 episodes long, but it was great. I'm hoping this version will be equally as good, but I don't know how long they can actually follow the original storyline (so far, it's pretty close), since it had such a short run. |

Yeah, I know it was based on the British version of Life on Mars. I believe another show on CBS, called the Eleventh Hour, is as well if I'm not mistaken. But I haven't watched that one- it's similar to another show I watch called Fringe, and one X-Files type show is already enough for me.  Someone recommended that because the American and British versions of the show are pretty similair, I shouldn't watch the British version yet until Season One of "our" version finishes- because I'd have some really good twists spoiled. Definitely don't want that to happen... because I'm absolutely addicted to Life on Mars. I watch it live, lol! I've a big DVR fanatic, so that's a rarity for me...
