In next week's TV Guide: ......"Gay teen Luke is pitted against his frenemy and first crush, Keven, who team put out a damaging homophobic video and offers voters a free beer party. Thrown for a loop, good guy Luke decides to retaliate by stuffing the ballot box." I'm seriously not liking this "angry gay guy" persona they are giving Luke. Sure, homophobia is terrible, but I think that most people must be turned off by Luke being so political about everything, and every time someone has a problem with Luke, he thinks it must be because he's gay. Now, stuffing the ballot box is totally beneath who Luke has always been so honorable and honest. I kinda wish Noah would move on... |

I totally agree. Actually I really didn't like Noah much at all but they have turned Luke, who I love, into a fanatic about the whole thing. It's like the world against us thing to me. Sick of it. Of course, Holden raised him and, crap the Sniders are such nitty picky type people who I want to slap some sense into sometimes! |

Can't say I'm really surprised. I predicted as much that Luke would do something rash along these lines. He's better than this! Oh well, I have a feeling it's going to explode in his face completely. I guess it's his Grimaldi side emerging from him? Maybe "dark" Luke Snyder will put an interesting twist on things. I'm looking forward to more confrontations between Luke and Kevin. There sure were fireworks between the two. Gay or not, Kevin brings out a different side of Luke we haven't seen in awhile. I don't think anything will happen, because Kevin is clearly heterosexual, but I still think Luke might have residual feelings of the crush he had on Kevin... so I think Noah might have a reason to "worry."

Kevin and Luke's scenes were awesome, and in fact, I liked Kevin in all of his scenes. He seems to pull van up to an even higher level of acting excellence, and I like that, too. Really, even Noah was more into it with Kevin in the scenes... I think we've been seeing more and more for some time now, the different ways that Luke and Noah deal with gay issues... which is nice, because it puts them in the arena with couples the world over who have different ways of handling stuff...
