Emily finds a stressed out Ali at Java and gets the story out of her. I hate Emily with a whitehothate, as Patty would say. :cuss Sure, Ali is her sister and sure, she hates what happened, but as usual she goes off like a loose cannon, and just manages to do more harm than good. :cuss She just sees it as all about her. :cuss

Casey's spent the night in jail and Mark comes in and fills out the papers to press chares. Right as Margo is getting ready to try and talk Mark out of it, Emily comes barging in, and now Mark knows that Margo is Casey's mother. :pullhair

When Margo won't talk anymore to Emily, Emily calls Ali and Ali comes down to the station. Margo wants to talk to Ali without Emily there, which doesn't sit well with Emily, but Ali insists she can take care of this. Margo tells Ali that her clothes and cell phone have been found, but no prints. Ali tells Margo she's sorry about Casey getting in trouble, and Margo says that now it comes down to this, "How far are you willing to go to help Casey out?" :2thumbs up

Meanwhile, Kevin and Luke keep running into each other. Luke confronts Kevin about what happened to Ali and Kevin denies having anything to do with it. Luke says he knows that it was Kevin's "boys" who did it, and says he guesses that "once a bully, always a bully". :clap Later they run into each other again and Kevin says they can make all this go away. All Luke has to do is withdraw from the race. :waiting Kevin tells Luke that the only reason Luke is campaigning is to keep the gay film festival going. Kevin asks Luke if he's approached any of the groups on campus, and says that it's obvious what Luke's reasons are.... and it's not that he really cares about the campus issues.... :hmm

The psychic is at The Lakeview again. Dusty walks up to her and asks her why she's stalking him. She says that she was hired by Lisa Grimaldi to "entertain" the guests since it's Halloween time... :smack :rolleyes Dusty's convinced that Paul is somehow behind this... so he goes looking for Paul.

Paul's at the hospital, he's just had a session with Dr Michaels and he runs into Meg, who's there for a sonogram, and without her bodyguard. The two of them have a talk that goes really well and Meg lets Paul come in with her and stay for the sonogram. It's a sweet moment, and Paul waits outside the room while Meg gets her things together.

Dusty storms up to Dusty and accuses him of hiring the psychic. Paul denies it, and things are heating up between them when Meg walks out and asks what's going on. Dusty tells Meg that Paul's harassing him and tells her about the psychic. Paul stays calm and insists to Meg that he isn't behind the psychic. Paul says that he does know the psychic, but only because she approached him at the Lakeview, too. Dusty asks Paul if he believes what she said and Paul says hey, I have visions, I make predictions, who am I to say she's not real. :lol Dusty keeps asking Paul what the psychic said but Paul won't. Meg tells Dusty to ask Lisa about the psychic and until he knows the truth, he should keep his accusations to himself. :clap

Dusty goes to The Lakeview looking for Lisa. She's gone for the day, but Emily's there, and she tells Dusty that Lisa did indeed hire the psychic. :devil Emily tries to be all psychoanalyst with Dusty, or 'lifecoach' as he calls it. Their conversation ends with Dusty walking away.... and Emily having her usual poor Emily face on. :rolleyes

Margo's plan is a good one. She brings Ali into the interrogation room and tells Mark that Ali can possibly make a positive voice ID, which is as good as a visual ID. She tells Mark to read outloud some of the comments from Ali's statement. Mark says he doesn't have to, because he's not under arrest and Margo can't make him do anything. Margo says no, but the judge can and that's what it'll come to if you don't drop charges against Casey. :clap Mark tears up the forms he filled out and stalks out, saying it isn't worth it. :2thumbs

Margo and Ali have big smiles on their faves as they say, "Oh, yeah, it was very worth it!" and knuckle high 5. :clap

Casey gets released. He doesn't know what's happened and Margo says that his good friend Ali will tell him all about it. :biggrin Margo tells Casey, "Never come in here again!" and CAsey says, "what if I need money for pizza or something?" :lol

"The ends don't justify the means, and I'll never get what I want if I keep doing the things I've been doing." That's what the psychic told Paul, and he tells Meg at the farm after he's taken her there after her appointment. Meg has to giggle and asks him if all he needed to realize that was for a psychic to tell him... Paul smiles and says he guesses! :lol :lol Meg and Paul talk a little bit, and then Paul leaves...

Mark tells Kevin that he isn't pressing charges against Casey, and why. Kevin says he's glad and Mark says that Kevin's playing with the big boys now, "this is politics and you need to grow a pair!" :rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes

Up in his room, Dusty looks at a box with wedding rings in it, and flashes back to Jennifer on her death bed saying "wear this ring forever" before she died. :heart :cry He also remembers proposing to Jennifer, and her asking him to help her die... :cry :cry Coming back to the moment, Dusty holds the rings and wonders why he can't let Jennifer go... :cry

"Arrested and Suspended", "Drugs and Porn", "Gay and Paralyzed" Those pairs of words are the ones that Casey, Ali and Luke used to laughingly describe themselves, or rather, as the two words that their parents don't want to hear. :lol :lol This is after Luke sits down with Ali and Casey and reluctantly tells Casey that Casey's been suspended from school and can't be Luke's campaign manager anymore. Luke wonders if he should just withdraw, but both Ali and Casey tell him hell no, we didn't go through this for nothing. :lol :lol

I liked the show much better today. A few things got my notice. Such as Casey always being handcuffed and even being handcuffed to the table in the interrogation room. :shutup

Dusty is sure going overboard with this Paul fixation. :waiting

I liked Meg and Paul better today than I have for awhile. :hmm

Loved Casey, Ali and Luke, and loved Margo and Ali.
:2thumbs

I liked the Luke/Kevin/Casey/Ali/Margo stuff, but I don't think I can like any scenes Paul and Meg are in together.

And don't like this Dusty/psychic stuff. It's nice to see Jennifer flashbacks, but unless it's the real Jennifer, I don't care.

Margo infuriated me again today. For her it was okay as long as Ali wasn't raped it didn't count :cuss :cuss :cuss She wasn't even interested in trying to do anything to the guys that did this to Ali and instead was only interested in trying to get Casey off. And to use Ali to do that? Clearly Margo blamed Ali for Casey being in that position when in reality Casey dragged Ali into the whole mess :cuss :cuss :cuss

And then to have Ali laughing a little later and carrying on like nothing happened? the casual way they treated this has pretty well ruined the story for me. This whole part was just gratuitous and there was no need for it.

And please, how would Luke find out before Casey had even been told that Casey was suspended :rolleyes

I loved the Justy flashbacks. That was the best part of the show for me. I'm curious where this story is headed. I'm quite certain they aren't bringing Jen back as I don't believe they would have shown JF if they were going to claim another actor as Jen Munson Donovan.
