Advanced Member Posts: 17,843 Group: Members Member #6 Joined: August 31, 2008	* * * * * * * * * * According to the SOW Insider it is rumored that both Agim Kaba and Austin Peck are on their way out. I've actually heard both of these for a bit now. The little they are using Agim it wouldn't surprise me. But it makes me wonder if the "Joe" casting call is for a new Aaron? Or maybe just another guy in that age range? I know Austin's contract is about up and I heard rumors he might not sign again. I wouldn't be totally surprised if he wanted to try other things. Isn't his family still back in LA? While a year ago I was really enjoying him that has changed and that wouldn't upset me. It would also make me think they might try to bring back either Mark Collier or another new Mike for Katie.

Maura West & Van Hansis fan! Posts: 170 Group: Members Member #249 Joined: October 8, 2008	It would be a mistake to recast Aaron Snyder. If Agim Kaba leaves the show, they should just write him off. They haven't made use of the character since Agim returned, so it wouldn't make sense to recast. They should have the character exit the canvas, as much as I like Aaron Snyder, they haven't done much with him at all the year he returned. It was a wasted opportunity. He relationship attempts with Alison and Sophie fizzled out unfortunately. I've heard rumblings that the Joe script is for a recast Adam Hughes. Makes me wonder if they'll write off Aaron, and then have Adam return to the canvas. If Brad leaves the show, that looks to be another divorce notch on Katie's bedpost. Maybe she should become a nun.

That would be the day that I look out my window and see a pig flying by I feel bad for the actress, though - the way Katie and her marriages are written, she'll have more than Lisa by the time she's 40. I don't want a new actor to play Aaron either. I agree that the character should be written off the show instead of recast. I'd be interested to see what a returned Adam Hughes would be like. He was a scumbag when he left the last time, which totally ticked me off.

Administrator Posts: 20,208 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: August 30, 2008	Both Dylan Bruce and Jon Prescott were up for the part of Aaron when they got Agim to return. They eventually hired both guys. I think JP would have made a much better Aaron than Mike. Anyway, Aaron has been useless since his return. I love Agim but this show just isn't going to use him to his fullest potential. He's probably better off on another show. I wouldn't care if Brad left at all. The second he became a father, he became a really over the top annoying character.

They could have paired him with so many other women: Jade, Maddie, and Emily too but didn't even try to write an interesting storyline for his character- just having him chase Sophie around, and eventually Alison too. I think Agim Kaba should to move onto a show that will actually use his talents. I could see him on 90210, the upcoming Melrose Place 2, Gossip Girl, the Young and the Restlesss, etc. The show should write Aaron off, let him return to Seattle with a goodbye to Alison, and let Agim move onto better things.

Newbie Posts: 52 Group: Members Member #135 Joined: September 24, 2008	I hate to say this, but I wouldn't miss Peck. I wanted to love Katie and Brad. Heck, for a while I DID love Katie and Brad. But it isn't working anymore. I am open to him and Janet leaving town together after rediscovering feelings for each other, although I'd prefer it if they actually wrote off Katie with Brad. I won't miss Kaba. Never liked him.

I've just never been able to take the character seriously. But look at Brooke on B&B. She always has a new "love of her life" so maybe the same is for Katie... Advanced Member Posts: 17,843 Group: Members Member #6 Joined: August 31, 2008	I really liked Vienna at one point but they really have destroyed her by not developing the character at all so I wouldn't be that upset if she left. I really do like Ewa though. My problem with Henry/Katie would be the way she treated him at the end. I still have a problem believing they can be such good friends that I would have a hard time buying a relationship. I'm hearing more rumors that it is true about Agim. I just don't see how they can lose 2 men and no women in the cast. Of course part of it might be to pay the salary for Craig. I thought if Lucy was returning they might revisit Aaron/Lucy since it doesn't look like they will revisit Lusty thankfully. However maybe if Lucy returns it truly is just a short stay.
