The drama swirls around Brad's arrest and araignment and possible bail. Liberty confronts Janet about why she didn't tell her about Brad being arrested. Liberty asks Jack to help "my dad" and is heartbroken when he says his hands are tied.  Eventually, though, Jack goes to talk to Brad and tells him that he believes he's innocent, which makes Brad feel somewhat better. Then Janet tells Brad that Liberty believes he's innocent too, and that helps..  Henry and Vienna are just really cartoon characters today. Henry's drowning his sorrows about Brad and Katie in herbal tea, Vienna comes into the diner and gets all emotional, they put up the closed sign and start making out on one of the benches, but can't keep on, cause they're so worried about Brad and Katie.  Then they each decide they've got to do something, and each rush out to get "supplies" and agree to meet later at The Lakeview.  Meanwhile, Parker and Liberty are together, and Parker's "being there" for her. The dude she was with the other day walks past and asks her if she wants to come hang out with him and some people and she says no, she wants to be with Parker, a really good friend.  Later they go to Liberty's and Parker makes hot chocolate. They're on the couch about to kiss when Janet comes in and saves the day.  Katie goes to WOAK and talks Kim into letting her to a live intro to that day's show, a Best of Brad and Katie. Katie talks about what a great guy Brad is, and how she totally believes in his innocence. When she breaks down on air, Kim steps in and saves the moment.  Later, Katie's in her office at WOAK and an envelope comes addressed to her. Inside is a note saying "I can help you. E-mail me" and there's an e-mail address. After a little thought, Katie does e-mail the person and an IM pops up from a MD4994! This person says they can help get Brad out of jail. They won't say how, and when Katie asks why, they reply that they may ask a favor of her in the future. Katie is reluctant, but when she sees some clips of herself and Brad on tv, she replies to the mysterious MD4994 - "Yes". Later she goes to see Brad, and tells him that there may be some unexpected developments going on that could help him out. Brad begs her not to do anything to get herself into trouble.  Margo's in her manic cop mode, sticking to the law beyond even normal expectations, yelling at Tom, accusing Brad of everything under the sun.... Dani walks up with the ME's report and after Tom reads it he says he wants to see the body. So Margo, Tom and Dani head down to the morgue. Once there, Dani yells that the body's missing, and it is.  This starts Margo's head spinning, and when they get back upstairs, and Dani has checked everything, still no body! Then Jack walks up and says that he, with another officer, went to take a look at the evidence Brad, and.... It's GONE! This is it.... Margo's head explodes.  Pretty soon, Margo's forced to release Brad, and he goes home. Katie's just gotten home and has thrown the note from the mysterious MD 4994 into the trash when the door opens and Brad walks in. "Honey, I'm home!"  Hugs and joy and a look of puzzlement on Katie's face.... Well.  I am liking this MD 4994 storyline, and like the previews even more when Brad says he saw Spencer! The part about Sage and locking Janet in a closet, not so much.  |

Thanks, Barb. It sounds like I saw most of the show today. Obama came on right about the time they were discovering that the body and all the evidence were missing. Like Judy, I wouldn't mind hearing more about the previews.

I'll try, Judy, and I normally would have it recorded, but today for some reason, only my HD channel was on air, and I record the regular channel, the non HD, so I didn't get it!  The previews weren't too much more than I said. Brad comes running up to somebody, I think maybe Katie  yelling, "It's Spencer, I saw her!" And then they showed Sage standing outside a closet, Janet's inside and can't get out, and tells Sage, "this is enough!" and Sage says she'll let Janet out when Janet says she won't marry Jack. Then in another scene we see Carly bringing Sage into the police station, Sage has a big red mark on her cheek and Carly tells Jack she wants Janet arrested!

This is what I've pieced together about the preview which I didn't get to see. Sage locks Janet in a closet and won't let her out until she promises not to marry Jack. Carly demands that Jack arrest Janet. Dusty kisses Josie. At the farm and Noah said something about getting a call from the dean, and that he wanted to see him. Then there was another scene with Noah and (I presume) the dean coming out of his office and Luke waiting outside. Brad tells Katie that Spencer is not dead because he's just seen her. |

Thanks for the preview information Barb and Roger That is the part I was looking forward to as I was bored to tears with the show. The only thing I kept wondering was if that could be Craig that was helping Katie? I know there is more to Spencer but I just wondered when the mystery person said I may need your help in the future if that could be Craig? He's going to have some charges to deal with Plus Jon Lindstrom said in an interview that everyone will revolve around his character when he returns so I can't help but wonder if he wouldn't want Katie and Brad indebted to her.

I think Craig is behind Josie but not Katie. I don't think JP is smart enough to cross Katie and Brad over to Craig. They can't think beyond Craig with Dusty and Paul. I was also most looking forward to the previews today. The Spencer story has been on all FIVE days this week. I can't believe this is what ATWT has chosen to feature for November sweeps. |

I can't believe either they chose to feature this story for sweeps. And from what I saw of today's episode it sure wasn't getting me excited for next week. They've got characters front and center that proved in the spring that they couldn't carry the show so why do it for sweeps? |

i saw most of the show today but missed the previews. they sound really good, sounds like janet is going to have her hands full with little miss sage! and she thought she had problems dealing with carly! this sounds much worse! yikes! i am normally not a big katie fan but really liked her today, she seemed more grown up than usual and not so self-centered ..liked it when she was watching the clips of "brad and katie" , she looked really heartbroken...i had forgotten all about craig returning and i had a strange feeling it was someone working at the station emailing her..... but there's no way since it couldn't be kim and we dont know anyone else who works there...... and thought it could be jack but he couldn't risk losing his job again so no way it was him... i wish they'd kept spencer around a little longer, it would make the case much more interesting....... poor liberty...that was so sad when she saw her dad in handcuffs.

I FIRST thought when the md4994 used the phrase, "Trust me."...I thought JAMES STENBECK. But CRAIG also came to mind and I agree that most likely that md4994 will end up being CRAIG. The thing that gets me....you create a nickname that means something....I have not been able to figure out what md4994 refers to. PARKER and LIBERTY...yawn. JACK was my favorite during the day....and MARGO was my least favorite. I liked the HENRY and VIENNA diversion. |

I've been trying to find (via Google) whatever ATWT episode was on April 9, 1994, let alone who or what 'MD' could stand for. Does anyone know date-specific episodes may be on or listed? I'm not liking what Sage is being written to do  It does NOT make me feel sympathetic towards Janet, either.I liked Katie today, too. I want to weep in a bunch of martinis for what's been going on with Henry.... good grief

Hmmm, Annie, that is clever of you to think of those numbers as a date. I hadn't gone there, and sorry, to answer your question about how to find out what aired that day, I have no idea. All I could think of with the MD was a doctor, and I thought of Dr Decker.... Yes, Henry is going downhill fast.  and so is Vienna.

Sage... I'm not feeling as sympathetic toward her as I guess I should be feeling, and her behavior isn't making me dislike Janet, either. Wonder what I'm on...
