Advanced Member Posts: 29,326 Group: Members Member #2 Joined: August 31, 2008	Turns out that Matt has a job as a bartender at Yo's and will be on duty for awhile tonight, so he shows up at Memorial to see if Ali will come to Yo's and she says yes, until she hears him invite Casey, too, and then there's the usual dance between Casey and Ali about whether or not they want to be in the same place... Luke and Noah decide to throw a surprise early 21st birthday party for Casey, at Yo's, of course, and Luke gets Jade to get Casey to Yo's, which she does, after a lot of arm twisting. So, everybody's in place and Casey and Jade show up and Casey starts to party while Ali's standing around in the background looking like your worst headache. Elwood even shows up, he's been paroled, and he and Casey exchange words.... later, when Elwood starts making cracks about Ali, the porn queen, Casey slugs Elwood. Luke and Noah go outside for a breath of fresh air and run into Reg and Elwood... Elwood walks off and the guys warn Reg that Elwood is trouble. Matt gets off duty and dances with Ali for awhile, and then they go to Java and talk about Ali and Casey and their non-existant relationship. Later, back in Yo's, people are dancing and drinking and getting louder and louder when suddenly Reg collapses and is rushed to the hospital. Luke and Noah follow, while Jade gets Casey out of there, after all, he's on parole, drunk, and slugged somebody... (plus, isn't he underage, since his actual birthday isn't for a few days? ) At the hospital, Reg is pronounced dead. A drug overdose! Luke and Noah comfort each other. The doctor asks them for information on Reg's family and Noah gives him Reg's wallet, but after the doctor walks away, Luke and Noah find something on the floor that fell out of Reg's wallet... a baggy with the remains of the drug that killed Elwood! Luke thinks back and realizes that Elwood sold Reg the drugs.... He rushes off.... Noah and Luke find Elwood and Luke freaks and starts yelling at him, calling him a murderer, and trying to punch him. Noah grabs Luke and pulls him back, while Elwood tells Luke he's crazy, and leaves.... In another part of town, Brad, Katie, Henry and Vienna get together at Metro for drinks. Vienna is all gloom and doom and telling Katie she feels her pain about not being able to get pregnant right away. Katie blows it off and says she's come to terms with it, but when Vienna gets Brad and Henry out of the way, Katie admits that she threw away her diaphram. She tells Vienna that once she's pregnant, Brad will be so happy that he won't be mad at her. This gives Vienna ideas.... So now both couples go home and have sex. Katie lies to Brad and says she's wearing her diaphram, and Vienna pokes holes in the condom Henry is going to use. Afterward, Brad tells Katie that it felt different tonight and Katie thinks he can tell she wasn't wearing her diaphram, but he means that the two of them are different, and that they've matured and have trust in their relationship. Katie looks guilty... Vienna and Henry finish round #1 and Henry goes to the bathroom before round #2. He returns quickly and sees Vienna poking holes in condom #2.... He's really angry, and says that what she did is entrapment, and that by doing this, she's ruined the trust between them. He asks her how many times she's done this and she says just once, before they had sex the last time. Henry's horrified and Vienna's ecstatic that she might be pregnant. Henry makes Vienna jump up and down, just in case... Later they calm down and talk, but the differences in how they feel about a baby is still coming between them. Matt and Ali come back to Yo's, the place is practically empty. The bartender says some kid collapsed, and of course Ali thinks it could be Casey. But she calls Memorial and learns that he wasn't admitted, and is relieved. The bartender asks Matt to spell him while he gives the police a statement and Ali decides to go to Casey's.... Casey and Jade are at Casey's house. Nobody's home... Casey turns on music and makes a move on Jade, who doesn't exactlysay no. She wants to make sure that Casey really cares about her, for who she really is, and of course Casey says yes, and they start getting it on.... Naturally, Ali shows up and watches through the window. She starts to leave and trips over something, making a noise that Jade hears, but Casey doesn't... and the beat goes on... After, they snuggle together under a blanket on the couch, naked.... Ali goes back to Yo's and whines to Matt again.... she doesn't actually tell him that she saw Casey and Jade, but does tell him that she and Casey are officially over. Back at Brad and Katie's, they're eating ice cream in bed and Brad goes on to say that a baby would really crimp their style, no more making love in the kitchen. Now Katie's confused - does Brad want a baby or not??? Brad says he'd be thrilled if they ended up having a family, but that if they didn't, Katie is more than enough for him.

Advanced Member Posts: 4,468 Group: Members Member #46 Joined: September 2, 2008	Yesterday's episode had some parts that just made me so angry First of all, what on earth was Luke thinking to confront Elwood with the plastic bag, otherwise known as Exhibit A? Not only did Luke tamper (unintentionally but still...) with the evidence but he clued Elwood into what happened before the police were even contacted And Noah didn't mention ANY of this The doctor should have asked Luke and Noah who they were and how they were related to Reg before he told them anything, too. I thought Henry and Vienna were interesting - their sex scenes tend to be more camp than anything else, IMO, but their conversation about children and how Vienna was dishonest was a surprisingly serious and well done aspect. I'm not sure I totally understand why Henry is SO adamant about not having kids, but at least he's consistent. Katie and Brad's post-sex conversation was also very well done. I like how Brad is handling this. Katie is typical Obsessed-Katie, which ALWAYS annoys me. I thought Casey and Jade ended up at Jade's??? I'm so confused which sets show where people live these days. Casey and Jade If Jade thinks that Casey really likes her for HER, she's stupider than I thought, and the bar wasn't set very high before on that... I do not like Jade at all and see no point in her being in town. She has so little interaction with her family that it's pointless. Casey continues to NOT think with the head on his shoulders Jeeeeeeeezzzzzz.... TPTB are making the 'me thinks the lady doth protest too much' angle for Alison ridiculous and now we're stuck in a drunken-man-whore-I-didn't-really-mean-to-do-that thing. More lazy writing. Could someone please fill me in on Matt's history? I didn't watch or pay any attention to his part in the recaps when he was on the last time. So far, I like him but his history is a complete blank to me. Thanks in advance! The previews with Carly and Craig made me want to throw something big and heavy at my TV NO WAY in hell would or should that EVER happen!!!!!!!!! Edited by aetmauro, Feb 12 2009, 09:25 AM.

ALlSON...from porn star to fawning over a man whore....I am expecting STEWART FIREWORKS from this set up but wonder when the BOOM BOOMs will begin..... Then the "polar opposite" of NUKE....baby making....I know I shouldn't look at my soap that way but when the writers do think the viewers need balance this is the crap we are given.

I just figured they had gone to Casey's because Casey kept saying he wanted to go home, and then later Alison said she was going to go to Casey's, so.... :hmmm :hmmmm

Matt was in prison with Casey and then when he came back to Oakdale it seemed he was looking up his old cellmate and wanting a fresh start. It turned out he was hired by Gray Gerard to help him get close to Margo to kill her as revenge for his brother's death. His brother was Roy Nevins, Margo's rapist. Gray set up a bomb that almost killed her and then almost killed her himself but Allison saved her. Gray was killed by Margo but Matt had to serve time as his accomplice. I agree about Carly and Craig but not just because she seems to be falling for this scumbag all over again. Its also a repeat of a tired cliche that when a man and woman have a business relationship, it always has to turn into a romantic relationship. Yeah, there's the hidden warning NOT to mix business with pleasure but can't they have Carly for once be smart and just flirt with the guy? Is she supposed to be THAT vulnerable? PLEASE! As far as K and V are concerned, I was afraid tptb were writing them as superficial and selfish but the convo's for Henrienna and Bratie helped bring some maturity to the SL. Good that Henry got wise to V but looks like K is still going to use deceptive tactics to get pregnant! This latest secret is gonna ruin yet another marriage for K!

And that was definitely the door to Tom and Margo's house.

I totally missed that whole storyline but am impressed that someone in the writing staff remembered Margo's rape storyline from way back when. NOT that I think the rape should become the only way Margo shows up on screen again, it was pretty traumatic when it happened all those years ago... BUT, her experience has played into how she treats people and it's good that it could be an effective flashback-new-plot. And Judy, thanks for clarifying where Casey was. Lily and Holden's new place just stumps me everytime and I think I get it confused with Tom & Margo's place. Or is Casey living somewhere else now? I'm so confused

Member Posts: 228 Group: Members Member #465 Joined: December 8, 2008	Casey SHOULD have his own place but he doesn't have enough money working as a janitor to afford it but more importantly I don't think tptb can afford a new set with their tight budget. AS much as I hate Casey with Jade, she seems to have the relaxed, what the hell attitude that Casey has which makes their hooking up so easy. Meanwhile can't figure out if Alli has sexual hang ups or if she is just interested in a more serious kind of relationship which Casey can't provide. Maybe Alli can find what she wants in Matt but I'm thinking her porn past and confused feelings towards Chris and Aaron may have ruined her abilty to form sane relationship with a guy.

After watching Thursday's show, I can say with certainty that Casey and Jade were at Casey's house, ie Margo/Tom's house.
