But Craig tells her to pull herself together, they've got a meeting in Chicago with Seigler... Craig also wants to see what kind of label Carly designed last night. Most of her designs are junk, but a couple are good, and Carly finally agrees to go with Craig. First, though, she calls Parker and tells him she probably won't be home from Chicago until suppertime. This gives Parker the idea that he and Liberty should skip school and hang out at Carly's, so they pick up a pizza and head over there. Of course, they end up making out, as usual, only this time on the couch. Meanwhile, Jack's taken the day off and arranged for Janet to have off, too. He takes her out to a forested area, close to the Snyder Pond. Then he tells Janet that Emma's given them this land, it's part of the Snyder land, and Jack says they'll build their home there, with Brad's help, too... Janet's tickled, and they start planning where all the rooms in the house will be located... Vienna gets Henry to hyperventilate when she walks out of the bathroom wering a maternity top with a beach ball underneath. She talks Henry out of his panic and they move right into hot sex... Brad's gotten a Happy Mother's Day balloon for Katie, because Katie's "almost" a mother. Katie starts crying and says that her eggs aren't viable, so the invitro plan they had, using her egg, won't work. Brad stays upbeat and says fine, they'll just go back to the adoption plan. Katie says that there IS a way they can still have a baby that's half theirs, and that would be to use an egg from somebody else and fertilize it with Brad's sperm... Brad still has misgivings, but you know, he pretty much goes along with what Katie wants. They head over to the Lakeview to tell Katie and Henry what's happened. But once they get there and explain things, Vienna says she doesn't see any need to spend money and time getting a stranger to give the egg and then put the egg inside of Vienna. Why not just have Brad fertilize Vienna's egg and be done with it. Everybody's looking at Vienna like she's from a foreign country...wait, she is, but pretty soon she starts to convince them that she's making sense... In Chicago, the meeting goes quickly. But now Craig says he's had too much vodka to drive home and suggests that they get a couple hotel rooms and nap first. Of course it ends up with him and Carly in the same room, on the same bed, laughing and then having sex. Carly says this is a big mistake and insists they go back to Oakdale. Parker and Liberty are so busy making out that they don't realize their pizza is burning in the oven until they see smoke pouring from the kitchen. They go outside and call the fire department and Jack, out in the wilderness with Janet, gets the call and rushes home. Liberty's half dressed and Jack and Janet realize what they interrupted. The house isn't burned, just smoke damage in the kitchen, so the firemen leave and Jack and Janet start grilling the kids. Parker is defiant, but Liberty realizes what they did was wrong. Janet takes Liberty out and has a talk with her before dropping her off at Brad and Katie's. Janet picks up from Liberty that it was Parker's idea to skip school and that he's been pressuring Lib to have sex... Jack's trying to get through to Parker, when Carly and Craig get there. Things go from bad to worse then, if possible. Craig tries to stay out of things, but you know Craig. Carly is heartsick and frustrated and angry at Parker and she and Jack try to figure out what to do. Jack suggests that maybe sending Parker to boarding school is a solution. Carly isn't sure, but she does tell Parker that he's not going to Florida on Spring Break as was planned. Of course, that makes Parker furious and he storms up to his room. Jack goes to the farm where Janet's stuffing her face with ice cream. She tells Jack that this whole thing was Parker's fault and that Jack has to deal with him. Jack is frustrated and angry, too, by this time and yells at Janet that he's sending Parker to boarding school, does that make her happy? Craig stays behind with Carly, trying to be a friend, although she says he is no friend of hers. When she walks into the smoke damaged kitchen, she realizes that she might have lost Parker. Parker, meanwhile, is on the phone to Libby and says that his parents are thinking about sending him to boarding school, and have told him he can't go on the Spring Break trip. Liberty feels terrible and then Parker says hey, let's just do it, let's go!

Member Posts: 228 Group: Members Member #465 Joined: December 8, 2008	Out of all the players today, Jack and Janet came across as the smart, reliable level headed ones. All the rest--dumb and dumber. Henry is so clearly upset about Brad impregnating Vienna but the rest of them don't care! Vienna is so desperate to carry a child that she doesn't care how it would affect Henry or impact Brad and Katie's relationship. If Katie's REALLY serious about invitro with another woman's egg, common sense says it has to be anonymous egg, or even another surrogate. But, no why makes sense when it comes to this quad? Just create another hot mess! Parker actually put the pizza box into the oven and turned it on! I guess he was too horny to think straight! Speaking of horny, guess ya' can't leave Carly and Craig alone after they've been drinking. Evidently vodka goes not just to their heads but also to their libidos! While I am disgusted by this encounter it helped that I saw the preview so knew it would happen. But it seemed too sudden in spite of their recent kiss. How about some kind of foreplay or flirting? Instead its crazy giggling and suddenly boom boom! I hope this is not a foreshadow of Carly doing something even more stupid while drunk! While Jack and Janet had a great scene looking forward to their house and their concerns about Parker and Libery were valid, Jack is still too extreme when it comes to Parker. Sending off to boarding school is not the only way to keep them apart or to punish them if that's what he intends. Why not have Parker stay at the farm and do chores--ALL OF THEM. Force Liberty to work at Al's--WASHING DISHES. Or even have both kids clean up Carly's kitchen! But both kids are basically smart and reliable and are probably ready to have sex. The kitchen incident is out of character for Parker but now he has even more of an excuse to act out with Jack's threats. Parker needs punishment after he's reminded about fire hazards and that skipping school is wrong but he shouldn't be sent away. Now Jack's threat will send the two rebels off to Ft. Lauderdale.

I like your suggestions for how to keep Parker and Liberty apart, although somehow they'd also have to be kept from playing hookey. I'm having kind of a problem with Liberty letting herself be so easily influenced by Parker...

I can understand why he'd build the dream house with Janet that he was supposed to with Carly. Especially if he wants to exorcise the ghosts of Julia Lindsay. Remember how she destroyed "Carly's Prize" and turned it into a bog? But do tptb have the budget for a new set for Jack and Janet's home? I will accept that Craig has turned over a new leaf but I REFUSE to accept this union with Carly. It was just as rushed and stupid as the one with Jennifer and I'm pretty sure it won't result in a pregnancy for Carly so it was pointless for me. Carly needs a NEW MAN to come in and rescue her from the horny business partner and the annoying ex-husband!

I absolutely can't believe he's doing it, and I think it's just because it's financially about all he can do or at least "feels" he can do to get their own place. And HA! about a set for it, I will believe it gets built when I see it, and I am not holding my breath.

WHY WHY WHY WHY is she even in business with him?!??!?!?!?! Liberty and Parker are acting like horny teens. Typical ones that will take a mile if they are given an inch, too. Rich, I think your suggestions for the kids are what typical parents would try to do. For plot purposes and God knows what else, Jack and Carly are not going to think like typical parents. Boarding school? Don't Jack and Carly both have financial problems as it is? What is wrong with these people? You do NOT send your kid off when the going gets tough. You DEAL with it. I think Jack and Carly are over their heads with the rest of the stuff they're dealing with - for Jack, it's Janet and getting a house of their own, and for Carly, it's $$$$ and Metro & Midnight Sun (but it's really all about $$$$$). And what kids do Jack and Janet think will be living in their dream home if they SEND them away when it gets tough??? Any shot the baby story with the Fantastic Four (and I'm being sarcastic, as yesterday was just sooo frustrating to watch with them) had of being interesting just went out the window. We can ALL see where this is going. Vienna will want to keep her baby. Subsequent heartache, the inevitable baby kidnapping, and 2 marriages crumbling into bits... JP loves that stuff Why not have Katie & Brad use a donor egg and then have Vienna struggle when she gives birth to a baby that she has no genetic link to? Will that satisfy her craving for a child or not? I'd guess not, unless the pregnancy is difficult or has every annoying symptom to take off the romantic glow Vienna has about pregnancy. Or have them use a surrogate and then find out they are pregnant themselves and miracle of miracles, the pregnancy goes well as does the birth. Then there's 2 babies, both of which are Brad's genetically but only one is Katies. I actually know of people who adopted only to get pregnant shortly there after. Or just anything but what TPTB have planned

Jack knows they have to do something and in his frustration, I think this was all he could think of. He asked Carly for other ideas but all she could think of was going and sleeping off her vodka. Jack was right in that normally Carly never would have been too tired to talk about Parker but since they are writing her as podCarly these days, that's all she wanted to do. Also Carly should have told Craig to leave. Craig was just making the situation worse since all of them know Craig loves to get under Jack's skin and just being there during a tense situation was doing that. Normally Jack and Carly would have talked and then had a talk with Parker, but as Michael said, everyone is acting out of character in this. Thank heaves they didn't try to pretend the CaCa sex was anything romantic Hopefully we never have to see that again and thankfully they didn't even show it. I too think Jack will never be building that house. Jack was not at all happy with Janet putting all the blame on Liberty in this situation and I think their divide over that will only get bigger. And no I don't think they will get a new set. IFf anyone gets on, I'm sure it will be Craig.

I kept wondering how CARLY will want to burn down the forest but HOPEFULLY that will never happen. My prediction for the FAB4BabyFollies.... Vienna and Brad will probably just DO IT for the natural affect. Henry will be left out in left field and perform his second fiddle role so well. Vienna will carry the child full term and then want to KEEP the child. Katie will let her keep it and be the good girl that she has become. Henry becomes a good daddy?? Hmmmm.... Then a miracle baby of some type will fall into Katie's and Brad's arms.

Sure, she said she'd get to then spoil it, yadda yadda, but GMAB! She's so totally clueless about being pregnant it isn't even funny. As for childbirth, well, hold onto your hat, woman. I thought her thing was that she wanted a child, a child, not just a pregnancy. What's wrong with this picture?

And just as all the spoilers said about it, Carly sees it as a BIG mistake. She even accused Craig of setting the whole thing up, which he didn't but I can see her suspicion that the only hotel in all of Chicago they can go to only has one room available I do think Vienna will end up wanting to keep the baby. But, will it end up being Brad's baby or will she actually have gotten pregnant by Henry? Let's hope this is a record fast pregnancy. I certainly couldn't take 9 months of this story.

YOU get a baby and YOU get a baby and YOU AND YOU AND YOU AND YOU AND YOU AND YOU! Actually it could be even worse and she could become like Octumom and want to keep all eight! Henry would walk out for sure! But if he's patient he could put them all to work at Al's after they're sorased.
