There's this financial advisor in CNN Headline news this morning, talking to a woman whose brother took out, online, a payday loan from some company on...wait for it... MALTA !!! Yes, Damian's Malta. She's trying to help her brother straighten out his finances and this is the only loan left. They can't find anyplace to send a check, and the company won't cooperate. The interest rates started at 200% and go up as high as 5,000%! Can you imagine?????? I don't know what the solution is....
