While Luke and Noah are in Java and Luke's telling Noah about an ad he put on Greg's List about the foundation, they're surprised when this guy and gal come in, kind of unusual looking, piercings, kind of goth, but not real, and hanging all over each other. They sit down with Luke and Noah and say that they saw the ad on Greg's list and want to volunteer to work with Luke and Noah. They seem to have no sense of personal space, and are all over each other, and pretty darned close to Luke and Noah, too. They're Zak and Zoey and Zoey seems to "like" Luke while Zak is giving Noah a good looking over. Luke and Noah think that Z&Z are a couple, but turns out they're twins, and have always been overly affectionate. Z&Z think that the foundation should put on a dance, where everybody has to dance with somebody of the same sex and somebody of the opposite sex, that they probably all have more in common than they know... Damian's at Lily's telling her that Luke's in danger, but that it isn't from Damian. At the same time, Holden's at the police station whining to Margo about why Damian isn't locked up. When Holden gts home and finds Damian there, naturally, he isn't happy and despite anything that Damian says, Holden tells Damian to get out and not come back. Holden tells Lily that he thinks they need police protection for Luke... ![]() Casey and Alison are at Casey's house, practicing for their African Drumming extension class. Casey's a natural, but Alison isn't quite getting the feel for it, so Casey tries to help her out, which leads to a lot of playing around and teasing... things are going well when CAsey gets a call from the dean of OU, who tells Casey that even though this is just an extension class, Casey can't take it, since he's expelled. This puts Casey into a funk and he throws some stuff around and then gets depressed. Ali tries to talk him into a better place, and they end up starting to make love, but Casey stops things, saying he doesn't want their first time to happen because Ali feels sorry for him. Ali doesn't know what to think about this, but she isn't feeling very wanted or secure, and ends up leaving... Holden calls Luke and asks him to come home and meet Officer Cohen, the officer who's going to be shadowing Luke. Zake and Zoey take off to get going on things and Luke heads for home. At the house, he tries to get his parents to change their minds about Officer Cohen, but they're not buying it... ![]() Noah's at Java, locking up, when Damian staggers in and collapses. He's bleeding badly and Noah calls for an ambulance, and then calls Luke and tells him to meet him at the hospital. Luke, Holden and Lily, and Officer Cohen take off, and Margo ends up at the hospital as well. Damian's been stabbed in the back, and the wound is deep but not serious. Luke's shocked to see Noah's shirt covered with Damian's blood, and is so thankful that Noah is alright. The two guys go over to Al's, and Noah tells Luke that the first person Damian asked about when he regained consciousness was Luke. It's obvious that Damian loves Luke, Noah says.... Noah is worried, too, because he says that Damian feels that this attack was meant for Luke... ![]() At the hospital, Holden isn't buying anything that Damian's saying. Lily doesn't know what to believe... Holden tells Margo to put Officer Cohen on Luke but she says they have to get Luke's permission, so she says she'll go over to Al's and Holden can meet her there, to try and convince Luke to accept protection. Lily says she'll stay at Memorial.. ![]() Later, Damian tells Lily that the person who attacked him knows that as long as Damian's alive, nobody can harm Luke... Lily says that she doesn't know Damian anymore... ![]() Casey's taken seriously what Ali said to him about not giving up and goes to talk to the dean at OU. He speaks very convincingly to the Dean about how his life is going, or not going, and asks the dean to help him get on track. The dean tells Casey that if he gets into a community service program, and does well, his expulsion will be revoked. Casey rushes over to Memorial and gives Ali the good news. He wants to help Noah and Luke with the foundation. Alison of course, is on !Noah and Holden convince Luke to accept police protection and Holden goes home. Zak and Zoey come into Al's and are impressed with the blood on Noah's shirt and the police protection. They've never had friends like that before... Lily goes home and tells Holden that she thinks there might be something in what Damian is saying. ![]() The interrogation room at the police station looked kind of different to me today. There wasn't much taking place there, but... Maybe it was just me... ![]() While the actors playing Zoey and Zak seem competent, I am just, oh, I don't know, kind of at a loss about their purpose... ![]() Looking at Damian, and looking at Holden, I don't understand why Lily isn't hopping into Damian's hospital bed! ![]() Thank God Casey did something right, and puhlease let's get the kid back on the road to success!

I love the Zs. These two are total freaks. At least they are different and not the same old crap. Whenever I see Damian and Holden together, I just don't see how Lily could stay with Holden. I would dump him instantly. He's such an overbearing jerk compared to the suave Damian. I don't even care what Damian is up to, he's just so smooth doing it. |

I absolutely hated, hated hated the twins. They are freaks and I don't find that entertaining. They'll be on ff for me. I don't get why Lily wouldn't pick Damian over boring Holden either, but why would Damian want Lily these days? I see zero chemistry between Noelle and Paolo and their scenes are just falling flat for me. It's really making the story boring. I do hope Casey starts to get his life back on track but I cringed when he talked about helping with the foundation. He and Luke are a recipe for immature disaster. And now throw in the twin freaks and it sadly is bound to get idiotic. No thanks. Days like today make me feel it may not be such a bad thing if the show comes to an end.

I skipped today, because I don't care about any of the stories they were featuring. I do love me some Damian, but dang, I can't stand to watch Holden attacking him. I really, really, really prefer Lily with Damian. I have never liked Lilden. Ever; even in the very, very beginning. Holden does NOTHING for me. |

I'm with you, Judy! Z&Z were totally disgusting to me. I will definitely be fast-forwarding through their scenes. I got nauseated just looking at them. It was absolutely "sick" for a brother and sister to fawn over each other like that. Leisurequeen |

They kind of reminded me of Angelina Jolie and her brother years ago when they kissed on the lips! I think the problem with ZZ is that their whole point is to get people's attention but there's so few extras that they can only get Nuke's attention. Its like they walked into a gay club and the whole place was empty except for Nuke. They would have made a much better impression if they approached Nuke at party at Yo's or Metro. Instead its like they're stalking them and its only been their first day! As far as Casey and Luke's foundation, it just figures that there's now a criminal element since Casey's gonna be involved. Trouble always follows him but this time it got there first! I remember reading an interview with Paolo that with his character they were taking it "day by day. " The way the writing seems to make him first look sinister and then look heroic I can see why he said this. He has no clue what his character is about so neither do we!

I have to agree that had ZZ made their entrance somewhere that had more people than Luke and Noah, it could have been more effective and still gotten across the same thing... even if they'd come into Java when there were more people there. Not that that would have made them any less revolting. And I get the Angelina Jolie comparison. ![]() As for Damian's story going on a day to day basis, right there is one reason why the show has sucked so much. I think they do that on a pretty darned regular basis.

Am I supposed to care about even more useless newbies? These new additions suck. Totally and completely suck. I just don't get their purpose. There are tons of characters on the show that get no airtime and now they drag out these schlubs for yet another boring Nuke saga? Please. This is the best they can come up with? The writers need to get their collective heads out of their behinds and stop throwing newbies in our faces every 5 minutes. I don't care about them. The introduction of the Z twins remind me of when Sofie and Cole joined and we saw how well *that* story went. |

The ZZs...for a set of newbies...I liked how they delivered themselves...and handled themselves. I am glad that we have MORE characters in COLLEGE AGE range. But I would probably be happy with MORE characters in any age range except BABY to HIGH SCHOOL. I give up on any early TEENS because I would hate for another marriage to happen between JJ and somebody or SAGE and somebody. And for the VETS that we are currently using...the ones that we keep seeing on the screen have the most gawd-awful storylines. |

I would love to have a DAMIAN and DUSTY business adventure develop. Just keep them away from the women on the show...because the writers will just keep wimping them out. |
