Tomorrow 4/14 will be the first episode that Martha wrote for B&B. She wrote the dialogue for the show.

I don't normally watch but set the DVR so I can check it out. I'll be curious to hear what people think that normally watch.

Thanks Judy!

I'm watching B&B again because I'm enjoying Stephanie's new storyline with Nick & Jackie et al, but I usually don't pay attention to who wrote the script. Today I will.

I thought it was just average. I was hoping for a home run script because of my love for Martha. I can't remember the last time I watched an entire B&B live.

Well, it seems to me that writing for one day, you're not going to be some kind of super writer, after all, you have to follow the long term story plan that you're thrust in to... :hmm I thought it seemed quite a bit less cheesey than usual. :shutup

I agree Barb that the dialogue writer can't change the basic story but they can try to make the conversation make sense.

For some reason my DVR just decided not to record today even though it was set :cuss

I know Martha is just writing the dialogue. But I was hoping for me. Like when Marie Masters used to write ATWT it was full of sexual inuendo and funny comments. You could tell it someone different writing. The acting on B&B is sub-par so the show is usually only good for me when the script is amazing.

Well, I can see Roger's point and Barb's and I'm somewhere in the middle. I thought MB did a good job, but I was expecting more, or maybe more from the show as a whole.

The only part that kept my interest was Steph and the other woman having lunch. I which that had been expanded more. Rather than that other dribble.

Sorry your DVR didn't record it Judy. Does CBS put eps online like ATWT? Also am I right to think her next ep air May 5th?
Ciao!
