Poor little Summer! ... what kid would just lay there and not make any noise all through that screaming match between Nick & Phyllis?

And did you hear Phyllis say something to Nick about, "You tiptoed past your daughter's room so she wouldn't wake up?" :lol :lol If she slept through World War III I doubt it would bother her to hear normal footsteps outside her room.

I also laughed when Jack brought up the possible conflict of interest in Michael defending Sharon because some of the stolen items were taken from Fenmore's department store. With all the conflicts of interest we see every day on soaps, this is probably the *least* obvious (unlike lawyers defending family members or women they're involved with, police officers arresting family members, etc.) :rofl :rofl

I'm changing my mind about Sharon stealing the egg from Victor's house. I think we're supposed to assume she took it, since she's stolen so many other things. But now I'm wondering if Adam actually took the egg as part of his plot (whatever it is). I also noticed that when Ashley fell asleep on the couch and dreamed about Sabrina, she woke up and the baby rattle Sabrina gave Reed was right there. I think Adam is responsible for that, too.

One other thing I wanted to mention ... on Monday, when Michael and Jana saw Kevin in the padded cell, the first thing Michael said was, "I know this place." That had me confused because as far as I know, Michael has never had mental problems. He was in prison for a few years back in the '90s when Christian Le Blanc was gone from the show, but he was never sent to a mental hospital. Then they showed the flashback, and I realized the reason Michael knows this place is because it's the same padded cell he saw Kevin in during the "It's a Wonderful Life" episode. I liked that. Usually these stand-alone holiday episodes are quickly forgotten, but this one was actually foreshadowing -- even though we didn't know it at the time! :clap

Interesting comments, Kara, and right on target! :clap

So, IS Adam really blind or what? :huh

Do you like the new Mac? :huh I think her look is totally not right for the part.... :hmm

Truly, I don't understand why Cane wants Cordelia so badly. :gaah

So, are we still thinking Jana's tumor is back? :huh

I think Adam WAS going blind, but I don't think it was a natural process. I remember when he was in prison there were a couple of suspicious occurrences ... Adam told one of the other inmates he needed to get him some "stuff" ... and he also made a big point of getting Heather to make sure he could see a dermatologist. I've thought all along that those two scenes indicated Adam was trying to put something over on everyone. I believe he got some drug (or combination of drugs) that caused temporary blindness, so he could fool the eye doctor into thinking he was really going blind. You probably remember we saw some scenes through Adam's eyes, and they were definitely blurry. But we're not seeing anything through Adam's eyes recently, so I think he's over it.

I hate the new Mac. She has no personality, especially in contrast to Billy & Chloe who rock every scene. I also don't understand why Cane is so obsessed with getting custody of Cordelia.

I do think Jana's tumor is back, but I'm not sure where they're going with it. Maybe if those rumors that the actor who plays Daniel is leaving, and Jana's tumor is back, then Kevin & Amber might get together. Or Kevin & Mac, although I think that would be a mistake.
