It's Casey's and Jade's first day on the job, driving the Senior van. Of course, it takes both of them, and there's only one senior citizen on the van. The senior is Mrs Weinsteen, who hates men, but ends up liking Casey. Casey's eager to get off duty so he can have a fun date with Ali, but the van breaks down and it seems there's a backlog, so nobody can come get them, and they have to sit out there for hours. Susan and Ali get together for coffee and talk about the relationship between Ali and Casey. Ali admits she's starting to have "those" kind of feelings for Casey. Susan, in her usual destructive way, tells Ali that she should be careful, after all, Casey's had so much experience... As if Ali hasn't. Ali says she still has issues with sex, she hopes that those issues will soon be resolved.Later, though, when Ali calls Casey and finds out he's going to have to cancel their date, because of the breakdown, she throws a hissy fit and decides to go to work, where Susan grabs her and says they've got to have a talk about sex. Turns out she wants to tell Ali that Ali's doing things the right way with Casey, and that things will procede on their own time table... she tells Ali that if tonight's "the night", Susan will be at work all night, so the house will be empty... ![]() At Carly's, she's busy cleaning, and tells Parker that she wants to work on being a better mother. She's stopped drinking entirely, and tells Parker that some of the things he said to her in Chicago were true, and she's going to fix things. Parker does at least have the courtesy to be nice to Carly... ![]() Craig's gotten Liberty an interview with a firm he's connected with. It's in Chicago, and Liberty would be able to live in Oakdale and commute. She's anxious to go for the interview, even though Parker is really acting horribly possesive, and doesn't want her to. She does end up going, and Janet drives her, while Parker goes to ball practice. The interviewer is running late, though, so Liberty isn't back in Oakdale when Parker expects her to be, so he calls and freaks out and then asks Jack if he can take the car to Chicago. When Jack finds out that Parker's already talked to Lib, and she's waiting to be interviewed, Jack says sorry, but no, which sends Parker into a tizzy and he storms out of the police station. ![]() The tow truck finally gets to Jade and Casey. While they've been waiting, they've bonded with Mrs Weinsteen, who tells them they're a good "couple" and even though they tell her that they're not a couple, Mrs W tells Jade to "be smart and hold onto him..." ![]() Liberty gets the position and when she and Janet get back to town, Janet tells Jack that she thinks Parker is being way too possessive. Jack agrees, and says that Parker is his own worst enemy. He thinks they should go see how things are going between Parker and Liberty, but Janet says they should call Carly, instead... ![]() Craig and Carly have been meeting with another supplier, at Metro and Carly is very good about not drinking a bit, she even dumps a shot of vodka into a water glass, sneakily. Craig compliments her, and sees the supplier out. You can tell that Carly is starting to want a drink, but then the phone rings and it's Jack, asking her if she can go see what's happening at the house. She agrees and the moment passes. ![]() At Carly's, Parker listens as Liberty talks excitedly about the job and before long he explodes, demanding to know why she didn't call him to tell him she was on her way home. Liberty tells him she can't do this anymore, he's suffocating her! ![]() Parker starts backpedaling and apologizing and says it won't happen again, but Liberty says she doesn't believe him. She says that the reason they got married is because they wanted to be able to do whatever they wanted, but now she can't do anything. Parker tries to tell her that she did a lot of stuff that day, but she says yeah, and look how it turned out.... Parker says, "Well, you're my wife!" and Liberty says not to call her that, and that she thinks they should end the marriage... As she's starting to run out the door, Craig and Craig show up, Liberty runs off and Craig grabs Parker, who gives Craig a hard shove... ![]() At the farm, Liberty bursts through the door into Janet's arms and says that she's left Parker. ![]() Casey and Jade are done for the day and at the hospital. Ali walks bye and Casey suggests they do something. She's in her usual snit and says maybe some other time and walks away. ![]() I'm wondering if Parker's behavior will make Jack see his own behavior a little more clearly. ![]() I liked Jade and Casey together today! Alison made me tired. ![]() Wow, the actor playing Parker is doing a great job, I want to smack the kid myself. |

This isn't a spoiler, anyway not one that I know of, just me, but I say, hey, there is no doubt in my mind that Lib and Parker's marriage will end. For cripe's sake, they're still in HS, no way are they going to stay married. Don't tiic know we can figure that one out?

I think this truly was the end of Parker and Liberty's marriage. My guess is the story is about to head in a different direction now. I just don't get why JP married them to begin with. It's going to be hard to make them a viable couple again, yet there aren't others in their age group to interact with. I do think Mick especially and Meredith are doing a great job with the story. That's what keeps me interested in it. I was glad Carly dumped the vodka but I somehow doubt that is the end of her drinking. My DVR broke up on the preview. I guess it doesn't like Paul and Meg so I didn't see the Carly/Janet preview but it sounds like that should be interesting today.

In previews Janet yells at Carly accusing her of being so clueless about what's going on because she's had her head in a bottle and Carly looked like she was ready to attack Janet physically. Reminds me of the two Julia's and the way they attacked Carly by reminding her of her faults! But at least IMO Janet is a more sympathetic character this time than the Julias were. Parker's taking a dark turn grabbing two of the Midnight Sun bottles and going into the woods to drink! Get this kid counseling STAT! Paul's proposition to Meg was just I can't believe he's demanding she be celibate in order to be with Eliza while staying at Fairwinds. Guess they're trying to turn Musty into some kind of "forbidden love" On Thursday's show I see tptb are going in circles AGAIN with Allison. I am so tired of this. If she's that hung up on sex and has such self esteem issues, she needs to GO INTO THERAPY! I mean she's in the hospital all the time, why not stop by some psychologist before she leaves. Then while Casey spends all this time with Jade though NOT romantically, she can get her act together. She needs to work on herself instead of boosting Casey's self-confidence! Otherwise just send Ali away to Seattle to be with Aaron at this point!
