Well, I called my "people" and am lining up contracts on Margo and Holden. While Zoey is trying to get Luke to impregnate her, Noah comes to and realizes what's going on and makes a move that I think tipped over whatever the guys are tied onto, or something, anyway, it throws Zoey off her stride and there's yelling, so Zak, still holding the gun on Damian, goes back into the storage unit... Zak and Damian struggle and Damian gets the gun from Zak and holds it on Zak and Zoey. Luke starts untying Noah. The police arrive, with Margo in her usual stupid cop stance... The ambulance arrives and takes Noah to the hospital. The Z's are taken to the police station, and spin an outrageous story about how Damian is behind the whole kidnapping thing, and forced them to kidnap Noah and Luke. At the hospital, Noah's been taken care of, and will be fine, but has to stay in the hospital for awhile. Nuke is that Noah's okay and both of them are free and together. Lily and Holden are relieved that Luke and Noah are safe, and Luke, Lily and Holden have a little family hug, while Damian stands outside the room, looking in.... His phone rings. It's Margo and she tells Damian to come down to the police station...NOW! ![]() Jack and Carly are worrying about where Parker is, and what shape he's in emotionally. Carly suggests calling Craig, and although Jack doesn't want her to at first, he finally tells her to go ahead and call. So she does, and Craig tells her that he's looking at Parker now, and that earlier Parker was a mess, but right now, Parker's doing pretty well. What Craig doesn't tell Carly is that the reason Parker's feeling better is because he's bought a brand new sports car! Carly asks Craig to tell Parker to come home, so Craig says he'll relay the message. Carly wonders if Parker needs a ride, but Craig says that transportation won't be a problem. ![]() Parker comes strolling in, at home, and Jack and Carly are surprised at his attitude... he says he's still not over Liberty, but that something's made him feel a little better. Then he tells them that Craig gave him $50,000 from his trust fund, and he bought a sports car with it! Carly and Jack take a look at the car, and Jack takes off to "talk" to Craig. Carly and Parker go inside, you can tell by Carly's face that she really thinks the car is pretty sweet. ![]() Jack finds Craig at the Lakeview and rips into him, as usual. Craig has had it, and tells Jack that Jack pretty much sucks as a parent, and also that Carly would be better off without a judgemental, self-righteous jerk like Jack in her life.... Craig storms off.... ![]() Back at Carly's, she can't find her car keys, and needs to go to work, so it ends up that Parker gives her a ride in the new car. With the top down. (I wish we could have seen it... ) When Carly gets to Metro, Craig's sitting there. He tells her that he's had it with her family and with her, and says he's giving her what she wants. He hands her a check... he's buying her out of Midnight Sun! Carly doesn't really want this to happen, but Craig says that nothing in life is certain, especially business, and says that he wants to wash his hands of her, which is also why he deducted the $200,000 that he loanded Carly, from the amount of the check. ![]() Margo tells Damian about the story that the Z's have told her, about him being behind the kidnapping. Damian goes nuts and starts trying to choke the truth out of Zak... Margo pulls Damian off of Zak, and Holden, who's just walked into the police station, hears some of what's going on. He asks Damian what's happening and Damian tells him... naturally, Holden sides with the Z's and Margo and you should see the horrible, snooty, self-righteous look on Holden's face, and Margo's isn't much better. Damian asks how Margo could believe he's behind this, and she says, "well, knowing you as I do..." Huh???? Yeah, right, she knows him sooooo well. ![]() Holden goes back to the hospital and tells Margo and Luke that Damian's a suspect. They're shocked and say no way and Luke goes to the police station. There, Margo's still acting like a bitch, but for everything she says that she thinks incriminates Damian, Luke comes up with an answer that knocks her theories into the gutter... so she's forced to believe Damian and Luke. Luke then just walks out and goes back to the hospital, while Damian gives Margo a written statement. Somehow, Holden's still/again right there and tells Damian that although he owes him an apology, he thinks that Damian should leave town. Damian says ok, but after Holden leaves, Margo tells Damian not to leave town until she knows if he'll have to testify in court. Luke tells everybody at the hospital that he's made sure Damian isn't a suspect. Of course, Lily is happy, but later, Noah asks Luke what happened after Luke cleared Damian, and Luke said nothing, that he had just walked out... Noah tells Luke that he really needs to get to know Damian better, and that entire side of the family... this makes Luke wonder if Noah is right.... ![]() Holden keeps being himself, and he, Lily and Luke split up and eventually will head for home... Lily waits at The Lakeview for Damian and when she sees him, she thanks him for everything, and he says that he really wants to get to know Luke better.... she promises to see what she can do... ![]() When Damian gets up to his room, the door's open. Inside, Luke is waiting, the maid let him in. Of course, Damian is surprised. Luke says that he's realized that he doesn't really know Damian, but what he does know is that he's not ready to have Damian walk out of his life. So Damian, smiling, says that he'll stay in town as long as Luke wants him to. Luke then says he should get back to Noah. Damian says that Noah is a lucky boy, and Luke smiles and says, "so am I..." ![]() With everything that's going on, there's more. Jack gets a call that there's been a homicide at the docks. He goes down there and discovers that the corpse is Ceasar. And then there's the matter of guns hidden in a crate of vodka! Jack knows just who to look for... ![]() He walks into Metro, where Carly is now practically begging Craig not to dump her as a partner, because after all, wink, wink, "we work so well together..." Craig says take the money or I'll have to see a lawyer... that's when Jack walks in and tells them that he's taking them to the police station for questioning! ![]() Holden's going to be in for a really big shock when he finds out that 1) Damian is staying in town and 2)Luke wants to get to know Damian and 3) Lily will think it's a good idea... ![]() I almost turned off my tv when Margo and Holden got going on Damian. I'm glad I didn't, though, as I'd have missed seeing Holden getting revealed as the pigheaded jerk that he is, and brother, it's gonna get worse before it gets better! Holden does manage to tell both grandmas, though, what's happened, and of course, Emma is going to bake some pies... |

I don't know...HOLDEN does not seem ALL that bad to me. DAMIEN...is fun to watch. JACK and I might as well add DUSTY to this....NEED A HAIRCUT. PARKER....Has he seen the LIGHT??? I wonder about CRAIG and his manipulations in things...but in a strange sense....replacing LIBERTY with a SPORTS CAR....is not all that bad...until PARKER ends up like BRYANT....and hopefully that is not in the cards. Maybe I am just TOO HAPPY that NUKE is intact and happy and safe once again in Oakdale.... The KeystoneCops strike again....maybe a bit softer and wiser but I do wish that when the OPD is brought into the storylines that the OPD would appear a bit more smart. The saddest thing for me during the last few days was the wimpy handling of the cop being killed. If only there was some COP MOURNING or something during things today...maybe I this part of the show could be overlooked. |

Another issue....was LILY fawning over DAMIAN's kiss of her hand. If there was only LILY, DAMIAN and HOLDEN to worry about...then I would not mind LILY and DAMIAN to return to each other....BUT there are too many other family members that are just not on the screen. |

Sure was glad to have the recap 'cause Mayor Bloomberg's press conference on the swine flu preempted most of the first half so I missed the rescue as well as the stupidity that is Margo and Holden. Margo's attitude is not surprising since she's trying to go by the book and follow up on every lead. But her feelings toward Damian seem too personal here and I can't think of anything he ever did to her directly. True he has acted like he was above the law but practially everyone in Oakdale has acted like he/she was a P.I. or vigilante so Margo should be distrustful and mad with everyone in town. I thought Holden was starting to trust Damian after Monday's show but of course the ZZ's were able to feed his insecurities and throw the blame. All Holden does is whine and drive his opinions into everyone's skull. The only difference between Lilden now and when they talked divorce is now after Holden says something they hug instead of yell! Basically Holden needs to get a life but all tptb want to use him for is devil's advocate. If Holden got his own story he could have more to do than just complain but I doubt we'll see that anytime soon, especially if Damian does stick around. As annoying as Margo and HOlden are I think it helped to emphasize Luke's new found trust in Damian and Damian's new hero status.
