Today's the day that the labs are to be in for the genetic testing of Inga or Sven, so Katie's worked herself up again, worrying. Henry, meanwhile, is practicing his response to the doctor telling them all that the baby isn't Brad's...  Then Margo calls to tell Katie that Craig's been arrested, so Katie races off to the police station and Brad goes with her. Craig's hanging out in the interrogation room, of course, and is saddened to realize that Katie believes he could be guilty. Brad doesn't even try to hide how pleased he is at the thought of Craig being locked up.  Jack goes over to Carly's and does his best to intimidate Carly into trying to get Craig to tell her some information that would help build a strong case against Craig. I swear, I think Margo and Jack must be related...  Carly sees through what Jack's doing, though, and is angry, and tells Jack to leave. As he's leaving, though, he sees the bottle/glass that Carly had her drink from the night before, and accuses her of drinking again. She denies it, saying she just had a bad day. Then Jack gets the idea that maybe if Carly drank a lot at business meetings with Craig, she doesn't even remember what really happened, and maybe the gun smuggling was mentioned, but she forgot.... Carly highly doubts she'd have forgotten something like that, but finally agrees to go talk to Craig, but tells Jack that she's not trying to get the answers HE wants, she's going to get the truth...  Dusty's gloating to Lucy, saying that Tom can probably get Johnny's custody reversed today! Lucy feels terrible, especially since Craig's just called her and thanked her for taking care of Johnny....  Dusty is focused only on one thing, though, and brushes off Lucy....Later, Lucy goes to the interrogation room  to see Craig. He decides that Dusty is probably the one who set him up. Of course, earlier, he was even thinking that Brad had set him up, at Jack's request... Anyway, Lucy tries to steer Craig away from that idea, but.... After meeting with the judge, Dusty finds Lucy and says that it's done, and things look good for Dusty and the custody. Dusty's so happy that Craig's in jail that now Lucy says, "Did you set him up, Dusty?" (I guess she must mean, did Dusty call the cops and tip them off about the guns, cause, isn't it Lucy who was smuggling guns? And couldn't she get Craig out of jail by just admitting that to the cops?  )Dusty asks her if she actually believes that he killed Cesar... she says no, but.... Dusty says he understands how she feels, and she asks him what she should do. Dusty says to give it time.... At the hospital, the regular doctor is delivering a child, supposedly, so his fill in speaks to Katie and Brad and Vienna and Henry. The doc says that everything is fine, there are no genetic defects to worry about and "Vienna and Brad have created a perfect little baby..."  Henry freaks, momentarily and everybody stares at him in amazement.... Henry gets himself together, and Brad and Katie go home, still puzzled at Henry's reaction. Brad says they really shouldn't be surprised, though, after all, "Henry plays dressup..."  Katie starts obsessing, though, and says she thinks that Henry is having second thoughts about giving them the baby.... At the hospital, Henry is asking Vienna how in the hell this could have happened. She says she has no idea, and then the doc, who has some kind of really funny last name, supposedly, motions to Vienna. She tells Henry that the doc probably wants to be paid, and goes over to the doc. She slips him some money.... Henry sees and can't figure this out. Vienna is heading home, full speed ahead with Henry right behind her, asking her what's going on. Finally she admits that the "doctor" is a standup comedien that she met at the club and who she paid to pretend to be a doctor and give them the "results".....  Henry is very angry, and the two of them have a big argument, Henry, though, still won't admit that he wants to keep the baby, he just says that Brad and Katie should know the truth... Carly has her talk with Craig, who knows right away that she's there because Jack asked her to, and Craig even knows that Jack would have tried to intimidate Carly. He tells Carly that he started the vodka venture to get close to her, and that it worked and that what they had was something special.... you can see that he's sincere, and Carly is touched....  Craig tells Carly about believing Dusty set him up for this.... as Craig talks, Carly finds herself believing in his innocence, and when Jack has Craig taken down to a cell, Carly tells Jack, "he's innocent, you have to let him go..." The previews for next week didn't look too outstanding, although we see Brad and Katie looking at Medical records, apparently they're Vienna's, and I suppose they've sneaked them from somewhere... anyway, Katie's telling Brad that the records say the invitro failed.... We also see Henry hugging Vienna's stomach, saying he's not giving the baby up... What interested me is seeing Damian and some guy with a gun, facing off with Lucinda and Holden.... Now that I want to see...

I was under the impression that though Lucy arranged the smuggling, she did not intend to be smuggling guns, only medical supplies. That guy Fredo who was helping her had evidently snuck them in without her knowledge. The guy who murdered Ceasar was probably Fredo who also I recall beat up Dusty with help from his cronies. So I think Lucy was referring to possibility that Dusty arranged for Fredo to add guns to the shipment and then kill Ceasar all the while acting to Lucy like he was trying to STOP the gun smuggling so she could break free from the operation. Lucy will eventually, i think have to admit to her part in the smuggling ring to clear Craig but I guess she's afraid of being connected with the guns. Dusty will have to track down Fredo I guess to clear up this mess! The irony is while Craig is innnocent, Dusty could be implicated becuase of his history with gangsters even if he and Lucy eventually come clean. And if Dusty is guilty of accesory after the fact HE could then lose custody of Johnny.  The only solution is for Lucy to come clean and leave Dusty out of it.
