Holden tries to get tough with Damian and says he's not leaving the docks until he finds out what's going on, but Damian's the man, and says that not only do Holden and Lucinda have to leave, but if they tresspass again, he'll have them arrested. So Lucinda and Holden go back to Holden's and start whining to Lily, Holden and Luke. Luke says he's going to go talk to Damian himself, while Noah goes to work, and he does. Damian admits that there's something going on, but that it's not wrong. ![]() Luke tells this to Noah, who says that maybe this good guy act of Damian's is just a front. Now Luke's even more confused. ![]() At the police station, Lucy comes clean to Jack, about smuggling medical supplies in the crates of Midnight Sun Vodka, while Craig and Dusty and Carly listen. Craig can't believe that Lucy was using him this entire time, and Dusty can't believe that Lucy's confessing. Jack says that because Lucy can't give him more info on the mysterious Fredo, she's got to stay in custody. In the end, Carly shames Jack into releasing Craig, who wants to see Johnny. Craig's afraid that Dusty's going to leave town and take Johnny with him. As Craig and Carly get to the Lakeview, Dusty and Johnny step off of it. Dusty's got a suitcase packed and has told Johnny they're going to go someplace where it's sunny all the time. Dusty and Craig get into a scuffle when Craig tries to stop Dusty from leaving. Carly takes Johnny aside and calls Jack. She tells Jack that Dusty, who's not to leave town, is walking out of the Lakeview with Johnny and a suitcase. Jack catches up with Dusty and Johnny at the diner, and tells Dusty that he's not going anywhere. It's either back to the Lakeview, or to a holding cell. ![]() Jack brings Dusty and Johnny back to the Lakeview and Craig apologizes to Johnny for fighting. Dusty takes Johnny upstairs and Jack advises Craig to give Dusty some space, and leaves. Craig tells Carly he can't believe he lost both of his children today, and Carly says that at least he knows where they are, and that it won't be forever. Craig says that Carly is the only one who's been there for him throughout this entire ordeal, and she gives him a gentle kiss on the cheek. ![]() Damian shows up at the police station and tells Jack that he knows that Lucy has been sending humanitarian supplies to Africa. She's been using Grimaldi ships, and the state department knows about it. Nobody there will want to press charges against her. He denies knowing anything about the guns, though. Jack's head is pretty much spinning by now, but he still insists on holding Lucy in custody. ![]() Damian tracks down Luke and Noah and tells them what's been going on. Needless to say, they both feel a lot better after learning that. ![]() Lucy gets on the phone and calls Lucinda. She says she's in trouble and Lucinda rushes down to the police station, where Lucy tells her what's been going on. ![]() Previews for next week look really good, except for Meg looking like she's wanting to marry Paul, and Katie and Brad telling Henry and Vienna that they've changed their minds and want to raise the baby that Vienna's carrying after all.

I really, really, really HATE Holden! He wants Damian to be the bad guy. He's going to look so stupid when he is WRONG. All the supposed "Good" guys on the show (Holden, Jack, Dusty) seem to be the "bad" guys. Without proof, they falsely accuse Craig and Damian, and, for the most part, are not interested when the truth comes out that they were WRONG, WRONG, WRONG about Damian and Craig. Can't Holden go away or be presumed dead or something? |

That's how I feel about Dusty! For instance, when Paul kidnapped Eliza, he accused Josie of being in on it (with what proof?). During the trial, he sat in the back muttering his little comments the whole time Josie was testifying...I just wished someone would have told him to shut up! Meg asked him to let her handle things between her and Paul so he goes to beat Paul up and she loses custody. He vows to help her get her baby back, but she tells him to stay away from her and to leave things alone. So what does he do? He calls a private investigator (was it to find dirt on Paul? I don't remember) no sooner than she walks out of his room. Jack was asking Lucy a question about something that went on at the docks and before Lucy could answer Dusty says "She doesn't know anything". It seemed like he forgave Emily (who kidnapped, tied up and threatened him) and Meg (who switched her own blood for Jennifer's so it would look like Johnny wasn't hers) before he forgave Lucy (who was trying to keep Johnny away from her father). There are so many! The biggest reason Dusty infuriates me so is because he reminds me of someone I know. He does the wrong things (in Dusty's case planting the ledger and guns) for the right reason (getting custody of "his son") so he gets a free pass. On another note where's Dallas? Why isn't he on the case? Bonnie? Derek? Also, I wish some of the people who posted here were on the writing staff. The ratings would be through the roof!! |

Dusty didn't plant the guns. He only planted the ledger. I'm not a fan of Holden at this point but he's being sacrificed so Damian can be made the hero and become a good guy in order to repair the damage that was done the last time. It's the same thing they are doing with Craig. The writers know now they went too far in the past and made them too unlikable so now they are going too far the other way to correct it and don't care about the damage that is done to other characters. Their focus now is strictly on Damian and Craig. |

HOLDEN has been quite fine with me. Protective...competitive...jealous...afraid of losing his wife again....with a little bit of crazy added in. Even though CARLY is supposedly having a drinking issue...she is definite the strong wise one at the moment. ST LUCY...is DAMIAN going to be her new white knight? DUSTY is over the top crazy. And the obvious DOCKMONGERS finally teaming up and shocking JACK....I guess I could have been shocked as well...but not with the two separate soaps that switch days during the week. Which are the good guys and which are the bad guys...why care? |

I agree that they are making Holden bad so Damian can appear good but I don't think the intention is to ruin Holden. The problem is he is only used as devil's advocate instead of getting his own story. Holden and Lily's past problems are a major part of this, however. He does not trust ANY man that might get close to Lily. God forbid Jack and Lily started an affair! Then Holden would feel no one was on his side and maybe WOULD want to leave town! The smuggling story is unfolding nicely but I could have done without the distraction of the ZZ's. Funny if we had known all along the ships were Grimaldi then there would have been no mystery. They never even had Damian and Lucy in the same scene. Glad Lucinda's helping Lucy. Liz should have been part of this story a while ago! I was so looking forward to Bratie and Henirenna getting seperate stories but lookin at previews tptb STILL want to get more mileage out of this and are soooooo economical they have to put both couples together. I hope Henry turns down that offer since he's finally ready to be a father himself!
