Janet's sneering comments about Carly just made me want to smack her. Janet wishes that Carly would meet someone from Idaho and move there and out of Jack's life pissed me off. I wish Jack and Janet would move to another country and off my TV set. There is nothing interesting about this couple. Jack automatically assumes that Craig knew that Carly was drinking. The ONLY THING Jack cares about in this whole situation is that he is RIGHT about Craig and RIGHT about Carly's drinking. He is not AT ALL concerned about Carly and her well being. He really only wants to take her children away from her so that he will finally be proved COMPLETELY RIGHT about Carly being the terrible person he has always contended that she is. I think he absolutely hates that he once cared about her and how he feels it diminishes his image of himself as the moral authority of the world. Carly needs help and neither Craig nor Parker nor Jack will ever be able to help her until she is ready to help herself.

Carjack was the best part of the show but was never given a chance.

Newbie Posts: 8 Group: Members Member #138 Joined: September 25, 2008	I agree with you Quilts. Jack and Janet...Craig and Carly....90% of the reason why I no longer care about ATWT. Yeah, I haven't removed it from my DVR yet, but when I do bother to run the tape, I can watch an entire show in no more than 10 minutes, and if it's all about Meg and her legion of heroes, or the Scooby Gang (Katie, Henry, Brad and Vienna), I don't bother to watch at all. Someone on another board said it perfectly when someone said that Jack needs to stay with Janet because he's happy...they said, "wrong! Jack's not HAPPY, Jack's TRANQUALIZED." I despise this Goutman/Pissypants version of Happy (Stepford) Jack settled into wedded bliss with Martha Stewart Ciccione and her never empty pan of manicotti and mother-wit.
