Member Posts: 228 Group: Members Member #465 Joined: December 8, 2008	Here's just a summary of the show with the few points that I think progressed the story: It's Paul's day with Eliza but instead of spending it with her, he plots against Damian AND Dusty. Kinda two for the price of one. He leaves Eliza with Barbara who hasn't been with her lately due to her treatments. Unfortunately CZP was not seen so Barbara with Eliza was off camera. Instead just a lot of hot air and arrogance from Damian and Dusty. Dusty gets it in his head that he needs to go to Meg to apologize and tell her he is a better man. He tells this to Bonnie who's disgusted because Dusty's not learning anything. If a woman says she wants to be left alone, she MEANS it. Meanwhile Damian goes to the farm to talk to Meg about Luke and Colonel Mayer and how affected he was by Noah having to turn his father in.He was reminded of the bad things he did regarding Luke and how he wants to be a better father. Meg provides a sympathetic ear and then hugs him. Of course it's CUE DUSTY. He's standing at the door. He and Meg talk and he basically says he came to apologize for his behavior but now is taking it back because he saw Meg hugging Damian! Ha! So Dusty is apologizing for controlling Meg and then goes ahead and does it anyway! Dusty basically accuses Meg of saying she wants to be on her own but then she's all over Damian. He demands she make a choice Dusty or Damian. Meg basically says MYOB and SEE YA! And now this time she REALLY means it! Dusty's caveman antics inspire Damian to be a more evolved caveman. I guess Dusty's the Neanderthal and Damian the Cro-Magnon. After Dusty leaves he goes back to the Lakeview and tells Bonnie he and Meg are now broken up for good. She tells him "told you so." Then Damian shows up and basically tells him what we all know how much of a jerk he's been to Meg and doesn't deserve her blah, blah, blah! But....Paul overhears and plots to start a war between the two. He goes out to the docks with a clipboard and tells the dockworker he has a delivery for Damian from Dusty Donovan. He then pulls out some hedge clippers and cuts the gas line to the ship! As a result Damian accuses Dusty of sabotage though he was with Bonnie. He ways this was totally unfair because it was a criminal act while what he did with the WW stocks was perfectly legal! The dockworker had told Damian someone showed at the docks, saying they were working for Dusty.Then Damian accuses him of using Bonnie as an alibi while he hires someone to do his dirty work! And thus begins the Caveman War! Meanwhile at Memorial Casey wants to tell Tom the truth about "Riley" but keeps getting interrupted. First by Margo who doesn't want Tom to leave and Tom gets a call he has to go into work. Tom tells Casey, though that he is proud of him for being nicer to Riley and honoring Margo's wishes. When Tom talks to Margo he asks what the connection is between Colonel Mayer and Riley and wonders why Mayer would hold a gun on him. Margo guesses that it was all about the film Noah was making about his father and Riley and Casey were helping. This seems to alleviate his curiosity. Margo basically wants to keep the truth from Tom so she can have both her boys. She doesn't have the strength to send another child to jail. Margo though seems to be aware of all of Adam's crimes including the attempted rape of Gwen and STILL wants to keep his secret. Casey and Riley go to lunch at Yo's but in the course of the conversation Casey brings up attempted rape and stealing Riley's identity. He emphasizes that Tom should know but Adam says telling Tom would hurt Margo.Adam then accuses Casey of being jealous that Adam got away with something while he didn't and had to do time. Casey basically says all Adam has done is lie, when he was Adam and now as Riley and he gets up and walks out before they can even eat anything. In the end Casey decides to keep Adam's secret for now. So the only new development was the start of Damian vs. Dusty part 2! If we're gonna have a war I'd rather see a catfight between Bonnie and Meg or even better between Carly and Janet! Edited by RichB, Jul 1 2009, 11:03 AM.
