I got a little nervous yesterday watching Bob forgetting things. Maybe they're going to tackle the Alzheimer's topic next, but honestly, I think it's going to be really hard to watch Bob go through this, if that's where there heading.

I was wondering what was going on with Dr. Bob too. I would not like to see him go through this even though it is a daily occurrence in many families' lives. I'd rather Dr. Bob continue to be hale and healthy.

I loved Wednesday because of the Hughes family. If only Nancy could have been there too.

They're obviously going "somewhere" with this Bob thing.

I was totally caught by surprise with the Bob memory problem. Kudos to the writers for not spoiling that!

I hope it leads to something interesting for Bob although I don't want it to be something terrible where we end up losing Bob. And knowing how JP works, I won't be at all surprised if this is somehow something James is doing.

I thought this show was excellent and had a good mix of all generations and vets and newbies and focused on family. Tuesday I was totally bored with the show and then this was just so much more interesting. I wish the show could be more consistent.

At least they mentioned Nancy and why she wasn't there which is more than they often do. I forgot to look to see who wrote it, but they did a good job.

I don't want it to be alzheimer's, would rather have it be somehow related to what ailed him before, when he was in a coma for awhile, wasn't that a stroke? :huh

As for Alzheimer's, didn't they do that with Nancy's husband, the one who was the chief of police, Mack? :huh

Yes, it was Mac who had Alzheimer's. I always thought they let him die too soon after that diagnosis. They could have really explored how that disease affects everyone in the family.

Yesterday's show was really good with all of the family members present. I'm glad to see that Tom is finally starting to pick up some strange vibes about 'Riley'.

Well Bob has been said to have a stroke before but not due to natural causes.

In 2003 he was in a coma but that was thanks to Rick Decker.

In 2007 I'm sure they called it a storke but in reality that was thanks to Evan Walsh IV.

And that is why I just think JP may be up to something here :devil If it turns into a good story though I'll be pleased as long as we don't lose Dr. Bob. If they were planning on that, I think we would have Chris back ro somebody to step up at the hospital.

Yes they did do Alzheimer's with Nancy's husband Mac and I don't want them doing that with Bob. I want it to be something he can recover from.

Knowing how tptb can create good fallout from medical issues this could be a great storyline for the Hughes family. At least it would give Kim something better to do than come up with silly ways to bump up the ratings at WOAK. All her ideas for Oakdale Now in the past year have been totally ridiculous. The Geneva/Brad was only funny to the ATWT audience who knew Geneva was really Henry and because Trent is so entertaining. The best thing is Bob's condition could involve everyone in the cast because of his connection to all. :pray
