Administrator Posts: 20,208 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: August 30, 2008	1st Annual Indie Soap Award Nominations Announced BUPPIES received 13 nominations to lead all web series at the 1st Annual Indie Soap Awards. NEW YORK (We Love Soaps) January 6, 2010 -- The nominations for the 1st Annual Indie Soap Awards were announced today. BUPPIES received 13 nominations to lead all web series. COMPULSIONS received 11 nominations, and ANYONE BUT ME and DIARY OF A SINGLE MOM each received 10. The Indie Soaps Awards are sponsored by We Love Soaps and the nominees were selected from a first round of judging from a panel of entertainment critics that cover the industry. In total 16 indie soap operas received nominations, another three are eligible for the "Fan's Choice Award," and six non-soaps are nominated in a special category recognizing the achievements in comedy. A final round of judging will occur throughout January and the winners will be announced on February 1, 2010. Three special Editor's Awards will also be announced that day as will the winner of the �Fans Choice Award� voted on by fans through January 31.
