'General Hospital' Faces Preemption

General Hospital will not be airing on Friday, December 16, 2016. The soap is being preempted due to President Obama's press conference.

The GH episode slated to air on friday, will shift to Monday, December 19, 2016.

A new episode of General Hospital will now air Friday, December 23, 2016, to get the show back on track. An encore episode of GH was initially scheduled for that date.

General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC.
