I was reading Soap Opera Weekly at the checkout stand and saw that Josie would be gone soon. It wasn't specific on the date, but said it would be after the current adventure with Paul. I like the actress but not the character. I wish they hadn't made her Paul's "employee". I think that made her permanently untrustworthy, plus the stupid mistakes she's made with Johnny and now Eliza. And who would we put her with? Dusty doesn't trust her and treats her like crap. And there is major yuck factor if she gets with Paul after he mistook her for his sister. I hope this actress finds good work elsewhere. |

Once they said she was hired by Paul, I lost any use I had for her. I know some people liked her, but how should could deceive Dusty and Barbara like that is sickening and it made no sense they would ever talk to her again, even if Paul was behind it. I just wonder if this means Dusty will be with Meg or if Lucy will be back for him. |

I really like the actress. She's my favorite of the newbies. But they have screwed up the writing for her. I had liked her with Dusty but any potential there seems to be pretty well destroyed and definitely pairing her with Paul would have a major yuck factor. Plus I'd rather lose her now than watch Paul destroy her like he does all women he is paired with. I know Lucy is supposed to be returning, but I got the impression it would just be short term again, although that could have changed. It seems like Paul and Meg are done for awhile at least so my guess is they put Meg with Dusty for now. |

This is really unfortunate. She's been one of the only bright spots on the show for me lately. I am just so done with this show. :/ Edited by JuliaGRO, Feb 5 2009, 12:13 AM.

I hope they don't put Lucy with Dusty. I liked the actress, but found she looked way too young for Dusty. She looked more like she should be part of the Alison/Casey, etc. team. |

It figures that they'd bring in a talented, likeable actress and then ruin her character and drop her from the scene. I really, really liked the actress and wish they could have kept her around, but like Judy said, I would have hated seeing her turn into wood chips in the shredder that's Paul...

This is a shame that once again, TPTB have taken a good actor/actress and written them so horribly that there is no where to go but out. I hated what Josey did to Dusty and Barbara but I think her behavior since confessing (until she continued to drive Paul and Eliza) has shown that she could definitely be a good character. All I have to do is think of half the cast on the show to see that transformations can work effectively if developed, written and acted well (Lisa, Kim, Barbara, Carly...). Oh well... As for Lucy?

Why do I now have an urge to see Fargo I liked Josie and the actress at the start and saw redemtion potential once it came out she was faking the psychic connection to Jennifer. I'm on the thought of more of Lucy. Though I think if it's long temr for her put her in the wood chipper that is Paul!!

Like the song goes she was a "substitute!" Substitute for Jennifer as Dusty's wife, Barbara's mentor, Paul's sympathetic ear while he's on the outs with Meg. Now it looks like she was just a fill-in until Lucy came back. NOT cool. I really liked this actress. Can't wait to see Kristen Connolly in future projects!

LOL I'm okay with putting her in that wood chipper if they keep her around. Actually I didn't mind the last actress but the story sucked. If she returns, she should be much feistier than she was. Surely she got a backbone and learned some independence while she was on the run with Johnny! I really think though she's coming back to help Dusty once again get custody of Johnny and then doubt if she sticks around after that. Craig would probably threaten to put her in jail again if she helps Dusty. |

Good riddance. Couldn't stand her. I hated how much she reminded me of Jennifer and I never liked Jennifer Ferrin's version of Jennifer. It doesn't help all of her scenes were with Dusty and/or Paul. |

Any mention of who would be playing Lucy? I know a lot of you don't care, but I know there must be some Lusty fans out there (with Peyton List's Lucy). |

It would be the most recent Lucy, Sarah Glendenning. Her return still isn't confirmed though. And I believe the original article just referred to it as another "stint" so it sounded short term again. |

The show has also cast a set of fraternal twins who will interact with the younger set. |
